We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomSki storage was in your room so you had to troop through the hotel with kit up to your room [would be better if on the ground floor]. TV channels were all in German/Austrian.....no English provision.
Buffet style food provided lots of choice for everyone. Hotel had extra facilities useful for end of skiing ie sauna/steam/pools/gym. Evening entertainment provided, so didnt need to leave the hotel if you didnt want too. Rooms comfortable & clean & modern.

CroatiaThe tap water is charged during dinner. I understand that drinks are not included in the dinner arrangements, but water, especially one from tap, really should be.
The dinner and breakfast buffet was amazing, the variety of choices for every diet. The pool and saunas are really nice. The hotel is just across the Millenium Express which is really convenient.
