Supply towels as didn't have

Didn't have towels but was walking distance to train les than 10 min Prater about 20 min and where I need to go for the week. Only thing for me was loud when sleeping do to busy road and train

It would be good if there was an additional toilet (not exactly easy to plumb in but for the number of people I think it is required. Also bath mats would be greatly appreciated!

A bit hot during the night

The beds were really comfortable and I loved the curtains with lights and the charging plugs next to the bed. Location was good, next to the metro even though I wouldn’t walk alone there in the late night

When i arrived i waited an hour before they give me a password for enter. ( Check-in was from 2pm but i asked if were possible to do at 9am and they said yes)

I would have liked there to be dishtowels, and a way to clean up after showering. A mat on the floor in bathroom or a way to dry the floor after a shower. it was slippery, and for my body, a bit sketchy to step out of the shower. The step up when entering the front door at night was dangerous, as it is right when when you enter, and haven't even closed the door behind you yet. Easy to fall and hurt yourself.

it was a good place for a hostel. I likes that sleeping bunks were in two rooms. easy to find. courteous travellers, ok kitchen. I felt safe, and had good conversations with others. my room had sitting area which was nice. kitchen was fine. Clean.

I did not like that no staff was on hand and that no towels were available. This accommodation is like a sleep factory--everything is automated. That's fine and makes things cheaper, but I wish I had known it would be like that in advance. Also space between bottom bed and bunk bed was rather limited and an extra wood beam beneath bunk bed meant that it was hard for me not to bump my head.

Not that i didn't like, just a suggestion: a big mirror will be helpful( one for each room will be great!) For girls make up mostly, not to ocuppy the shower or toilet just for that.

Good location, close to the metro station. Easy acces to city center, airport and train station. Clean place, small and that makes it easier to maintain.

The room was unbearably hot in the summer. There isn't even a single fan. There is only one toilet for 10 people so expect a wait in the mornings. Also there is no staff person on site so all questions have to be answered online. There is no common space other than the kitchen.

The facilities were clean and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location is a quiet neighborhood near a park and only 8 minutes from the metro. Also a very easy walk to the Danube and swimming spots.

The soap dispensers in the bathrooms were completely empty. It also got very hot in the hostel.

The privacy of each bunk was great, the beds were sturdy with curtains to make a private pod. Each pod had its own electrical outlet, light, and shelf.

Good location but you definitely need to get a travel card/pay for the underground to get in the city centre. Only a few stops though and you’re in the heart of it. Comfy beds, nice kitchen. Cheap for Vienna! But very basic.

The bathroom could be improved, there is just one shower. Also there is the weirdest toilet I've ever seen, which is a awkard experience using it.

I liked the location and that it's pretty easy to self check-in. At least the people that satyed there had the same mindset and were quiet and polite.

If someone needs a quiet, private, clean place to stay few nights on a budget, this is the place. It is close to Danube river, a beautiful place for a walk. Close to supermarket and public transportation. Very easy and simple check in/out.

The internet connection was not good enough. I booked a dorm of 4 but it is basically a dorm of 8 as the 2 dorms of 4 are connected and you can only go to the second dorm from the 1st. Also the kitchen and bathroom was shared between 8. In my opinion it is still ok but maybe it should be specifically mentioned. Also there are 2 bathrooms but only 1 of them has toilet and sharing 1 toilet between 8 people takes a lot of time especially in mornings when everyone wants to get ready and go out.

The stay was ok. They contacted me and already provided the details to get into the property so no check in was needed which was convenient. The bed was good and they also had a locker with lock which was also good.

Intermittent Wifi, frequntly disconnects. Can be noisy as windows face a major road, and cars pass frequently, especially so if windows are left open for fresh air. No air conditioning.

I stayed for 10 days but bedsheet wasn't changed for once. Cleaning was done everyday but toilets and bathrooms were cleaned very 2-3 days

No breakfast was offered. Property is nice n clean
