The noisy heating system occasionaly cut the power to the microwave and the electric hood. Also the towels, although clean, seemed worn out.

Big apartment with everything we needed (even some complementary sweets!). The location was good. The host provided all the necessary information. The beds were very comfortable!

The entrance to the building is closed after 22:00. The owner did not give a key to open a building door. I was told that they would send me an application with the help of which I should open the doors, and no clear instructions were given. Only late in the evening, after numerous communications , I received an activation code for the app. It's not convenient, you paid for an apparent and have a headache to get in. The second thing is a lining on beds. It is made of material from which soft toys are made with a very strong smell of laundry conditioner, and It made impossible to sleep. I need to use my t-shirt as a pillow case.

the smell from the room freshener in the whole property was just too much, especially in the bathroom. It’s this oversweetened room fragrance that you get a headache from. But other than that everything was just fine.

Soundproofing was lacking a bit, as the Air conditioner outlet had to be connected to the window.

The room was spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils for cooking. The bathroom was also clean . The apartment was well equipped and location was good with shops and restaurants near by. They even had toys which my kid enjoyed playing with. The host was very friendly and accommodating

Very close to the Metro stop and the apartment is very beautiful with all facilities what you can expect. The host was very responsive and helpful. Since we requested her to drop my luggage little bit before the check-in time, she gladly accomodated our request. It has a very good WI-FI and apartment was very clean. We had a very comfortable sleep and no issues at all.

it was very clean, so modern, you actually don’t see the staff but they are very helpful through messages and respond to you fast. you get fresh towels, soap, tee even coffee capsule and everything you need to cook. This apartment really has everything. even the location is perfect it is 25min walk from the main railway station and on the next street is an underground station. I recommend this apartment and will definitely return if I ever come back to Vienna :)

Our stay at this newly renovated apartment was wonderful. The host was great and took very good care of us. We were welcomed with bubbly and fruit. Everything was very clean. The flat is very close to the subway, so you can go to the centre of Vienna very quickly.

Master bedroom looks out on a busy, noisy street, so it’s much better to sleep in the other bedroom.

The hosts are very friendly and flexible about check in - check out times (within reason). They even left a bottle of sparkly wine as a welcome gift. Metro station is practically next door. The flat is very nicely decorated. The kitchenette has all the appliances, including a coffee espresso. The bed in the master bedroom is huge.

The building is old and smelled with the cigarettes inside. though not critical and it was quite inside. 15 min by car and 1 h walk from the centre which is quite far. I was looking for apartment with Air Conditioner only, on booking is present, in fact it was working really slow and loud ( we had to turn it off to sleep) and it was located only in one room, so it was hot to sleep.

Apartment was quite big for 4 with good new furniture, no need to communicate with the host as all electronically and easy to use. Host contacted us in advance with the instructions. Neighbourhood is quite. There are only Arabian, Turkish and Vietnamese cafes, supermarkets around, in 5 minutes walk you can parking for 4euro. It was not allowed to park on a street for a long time
