Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

IrelandThe location is advertised as 2.8km from Bregenz but in fact it is closer to 7km up a very windy road and definately not walkable. Public transport is limited ( public bus every 2+ hours ) and requires further interconnections to access local towns. It is better to have personal transport if using this location. Taxi's are available but between Eur22-25 to Bregenz ( 1 way ). However the upside of the location are the amazing views that you can enjoy from the 750m altitude. WiFi speed is acceptable across most of the site but no WiFi or Cell phone service reaches the sunlounge / pool area which prevents internet access completely for music streaming etc. This is good if you want a Digital detox but irritating if you use spotify or tidal etc as I do. The bedroom toilet is "quirky" and located inside a tiny ( phone box size ) glass walled room which has an irritating size and unusal door access. Using this facility you openly see the silhouette of your room mate as they go about business. I caution that you must be an intimate friend with your room mate to feel comfortable. I used they GYM daily and it is very well equipped , with perhaps too many machines for such a small space and I would have preferred a 2nd treadmill so my partner could joins runs with me. Food & food service is in general really very good and plentiful and wonderfully presented with novel use of glass jars and bowls but I found that the main course ( the meat component ) each evening was a little bland lacking seasoning and flavour depth for my taste. That said, the menu was nicely varied every evening.
The Staff and team in Fritsch Am Berg are exceptional. Amazing service. Highly trained, personal, helpful, kind and considerate. The cleanliness, order, calmness and efficiency of everything is superb. It is a really calm restful experience. The atmosphere everywhere is calm, quiet, restful, dignified, courteous. The view is amazing. The sunsets across the lake are awesome. Every request we made was handled flawlessly. We were made to feel welcome and treasured. It is a wonderful combination of ordered efficiency and personal attention to detail. As non german speaking visitors we were accommodated perfectly, many of the staff speaking perfect english and even a little Irish :-) Morning breakfast was very good with all sorts of eggs and omelettes available to order. The wine list is extensive. The coffee was great every morning.
