It was poorly soundproofed because it is totally build new- the owners told us that this will be done within the next month. The outside windows are super quite because in front is the Main Street.

Since the bedroom doors are glass sliders, light shows through from the main room if someone is still up while others are trying to sleep. The kitchen drawer bangs into the bedroom door if the door is open. There were no spoons other than tea spoons. But I would happily stay here again.

It was a lovely little apartment with very comfortable beds. Key collection was easy and, being contactless, was possible at any time. Communication with the host was very good and he was very friendly and accommodating when we were running half an hour late for checkout. Wifi worked well. Only 8 minutes drive from ski slopes.

As said, everything was new. But there were minor thing which could be better: There was no table for five people in the appartment with five beds. The only possibility to sit at was a high massive desk and four heavy high "chairs". Both of it was rather an obstacle than a functional furniture. No place where to dry wet clothes and shoes (as all the heating was under floor). The heating in the appartement was not possible to be regulated. There was a ski room with racks for ski boots, but it was very cold, so you couldn't leave your wet boots there. No closets in the appartement. If you travel with friends, you have only limited possibilities where to spend time in the evening. There is a comon kitchen in the upper floor, but only with two tables. The two-bedroom appartement doesn't have real bedrooms - they are only separated by semi-transparent glass sliding doors (no light, sound or visibility separation).

The appartement was new and modern. For that price - if compared with other offers nearby - was it a great choice. Keys are left in the locker box, so you don't need to be in hurry for certain time.

- apartment is very small as expected, but with no wardrobe/storage place or place where you could dry your clothes, no heaters (floor heating), you are not able to adjust the temperature - there is a ski storage room but it is kind of cold garage with no heating, so your ski boots will not dry during the night - small kitchen, do not expect to cook there, maybe quick breakfast - they say large double bed but is actually pretty narrow, I would say 140cm wide only - pillow was very uncomfortable, you should consider to change them :) - missing hairdryer

Poorly designed interior of the apartment. There is no dinner table, there is a rather uncomfortable bar counter with stools. For skiers, there is a lack of any place to dry things, there is missing wardrobe or any storage spaces. The person who designed it probably didn't know how accommodation in the mountains should be equipped. By the way, it's not a hotel, it's an apartment building.

Quite small kitchen corner. Street side does not have great view and is loud because of the cars but i can imagine river side is very different.

Great starting point for ski holiday in ski amade. With the car it is about 10min to alpendorf. Nice clean place. Very basic but there is everything you need. Spacious bathroom.

The kitchenetteis equipped with very basic equipment.

Communication with hotel was fast and smooth. I appreciate a small kitchenette on the appartment. The beds are large and comfortable. There is also pizzeria at the Hotel lobby. The hotel staff is friendly and supportive. In example we have to ask for a large pot to prep apre-ski pasta for us and we got it in 2 minutes from hotel manager.

Very unpleasant argue in the morning with cleaning service. When we were leaving apartment - a cleaning gentleman saw we are taking out bikes from inside of our room. He started yelling at us and basically kicked us off from the room. He screamed we should use "ski room" to store bikes. We were careful to not leave any scratches from bikes, we were not charged any deposit - so it was just his occasion to scream at us. There was no guidance on 'welcome message' to use ski-room for this. Regardless of that - quality service would suggest that in a kind manner. I do not recommend to stay there - just because of service, that sticks to my memories from this place.

The doors of rooms are glass and you can look into the room outside through of them, you do not have privacy and if somebody turn on light it brights outer room as well. Kitchen a little bit tiny, no space to open the cabinet if somebody is sitting at the table, and missing some tools as well (ie bigger vessel, ladle). If you spend a whole day in, then it is too small. No wardrobes, you can put your clothes and other things on small open shelves. Lights are always on during the night on the balcony, no option to switch off. I am pretty sure they will improve the apartments step by step later.

We booked a small apartment with 2 bedrooms and 1 bed in the kitchen-livingroom. The apartment was brand new, clean, equiped with some basic kitchen tools. For few days it is perfect for 2 couple or 3 friends. Design is nice (except bedroom doors), it seems good quality.
