We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Schindler. From our very first encounter with the staff, everything was arranged to give us a relax time away from home. Location is perfectly close to Galzig and Rendl Bahn, the parking of the hotel is very convenient directly next to the warmed skilocker, the restaurant is excellent and breakfast with egg service had a great selection and super hospitable hostess. On our last day, we left really early, prior to breakfast, and we got a nice takeaway basket with food selection without asking. Schindler Hotel truly has the family hotel vibe we enjoy so much, and we will for sure book again if we plan to go skiing in the area.

United KingdomCan't think of any thing I didn't like. Appeared to be family run, but very early season and not many staff, but plenty of them for number of guests. I was the only one for my first night. They allowed me to book in early in the day 1130hrs rather than stated 2pm. So no negatives at all.
Close to centre. Literally 5 minute walk to main lift. Great morning meal. 3 different people looked after me in mornings but just like to say gentleman for two mornings was outstanding. Bedroom was lovely and I was able to have a bath both morning and evening. Wish I had booked an evening meal for evenings they were open, but they initially told me when I arrived that restaurant would be closed for my first two nights. However there are loads of good places to eat. Spar shop is also well stocked for everything else you might need.

We've visited St Anton many times and stayed in a variety of hotels now. Schindler was by far my favourite. The location is great, close to the slopes and the center, the staff were incredible, so friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We ate at the restaurant twice and was our favourite meals! Compared to other hotels it was very reasonably priced. Couldn't recommend more!

United KingdomWe thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Schindler. The very comfortable, well-appointed, spotlessly clean room was perfect with a balcony and views down the valley and over St Anton. There was plenty of storage space and the wardrobe had more hangers than we have ever seen anywhere else. The bathroom was beautifully laid out with quality towels and loads of hot water. Breakfast was excellent too, with a wide choice of cheeses, cold meats, fruit, yoghurt, cereals and muesli. Eggs prepared any way were also offered as well as refills of tea and coffee. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We'll be back.

GermanyGreat ski resort with lots of ski slopes for all types. Lots of area to ski from one mountain to the many other mountains. Schindler Hotel is walk to everything which is very convenient. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was great and the staff were too. We had parking at the hotel which was fabulous.
