There was some sort of party one night and they had loud music all night, until 2 am at least. And during that same night, not only was I woken up because of the music but there were also people shouting at each other, in the hotel, at 2am. I barely had any rest that night.

The check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was great. The room was warm and comfortable. We even saw the deers in the morning, at breakfast.

Great location, very nice, clean and quiet part of Vienna, very easy travel to mains landmarks via underground and staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, very big choice of food and lovely pancakes 🥞 and we really enjoyed to eat our breakfast in the garden.

One of the best affordable hotel I have ever stayed. Friendly staff, always smiling and ready to help. Very nice restaurant Otto recommended by very friendly receptionist 5 min walk from hotel. Breakfast had everything I needed, fresh and tasty.

Beautiful hotel with garden, nice rooms clean and big. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. There was a train station like 5 min from hotel and there was a nice restaurant that we went every night Otto restaurant some 3 min away. So we highly recommend this hotel to anyone that likes quiet location. Thanks..

There is a church very close to the hotel and the bells were pretty loud in the room

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel looks very nice and is located in a quiet area short walk from a subway and train station. Its a bit further from the city center but the subway connections are convenient so its not an issue. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Tea was available in the room. Our favorite thing was the breakfast, it was great with so many options! We appreciated the available milk alternatives there also. Overall I would say its a great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again!

Nothing, everything was amazing.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Rooms, are clean and tidied up whenever you ask them to do so for you, room temperature can be changed to your liking. Breakfast is amazing! Buffet with a lot of stuff to choose from, savory, sweet, vegetarian/vegan or any other variation can be requested previously.

Quite far away from the centre of Vienna, just something to be aware of. Easy to take the subway into downtown, however.

We used the hotel while doing a one-night layover in Vienna between flight connections. I called the hotel in advance to check if it was easy to find taxis to take us back to the airport and what the cost would be. I was told that the hotel could reserve a taxi for us and the cost would be €42. However, the person failed to warn us that we should book a transfer from the airport to the hotel (or use Uber), which is even cheaper). We used the official taxis outside arrivals (which is the advised course of action in the city we live in) and paid the exorbitant price of €72. Beware fellow guests - do not use the official taxis outside arrivals!

The toilet is not part of the bathroom, but part of the room behind a seperate door with no lavatory... And there is no fridge in the room.

Beautiful hotel with a park that has deers. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bathroom had a tub. Everything was clean. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and is really good. It was quiet and we had a good stay. It's not far from a shopping center, a supermarket is just around the corner, and both the metro as well as the subway, tram and busses are within walking distance. We can recommend staying here.

When it suddenly got cold it took the hotel two days to fix the heating. Thanks a lot to the staff who found us extra blankets!! But it got soon sorted and then our bedroom was nice and warm.

The hotel is in a quiet residential area near the underground U6. We could easily go where we needed to go as we were visiting friends and family. The park behind the hotel is beautiful with deer and ducks and a pond. You don't hear the noise of the city. The breakfast buffet is generous with good quality food. We loved our stay and we we will be back.

Breakfast used to be very good. Now the standard has come down a bit. Even though they say the breakfast starts at 7 AM, they bring in more items only later.

There were 6 of us in three different rooms and each of them had a toilet room separated from the shower room. To be honest this is the first time I see the restroom split in two parts.

Newly renovated rooms, clean and comfortable. Good location in a quit part of Vienna, but close to the Subway Station an other public transports. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was really good. The outside terrace was pretty nice to have your breakfast in.
