The breakfast was very good, with a large choice of meals. The hotel is located 5-10 min from the U-Bahn. It was 20-30 min to reach the city center.

I could see that my bedroom wasn't as clean as usually a hotel room is. I spotted a hair on my shower head and some in the sink but nothing major. Another thing I didn't like was: I made a reservation and paid it upfront one room for one adult. After a week I contacted the hotel to change it for 2 adults since a friend wanted to join me. They refused and we had to pay for a second room. But our room was a double bed and could easily accommodate us in one room. I even checked at the time and the hotel had room for 2 available but still they refused. I felt like they were just cashing in.

It's very close to the metro station which makes it easy to reach the city centre (about 25 min). The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and the rooms have a decent size. Also the price is really good.

Very nice place, good location and value for money. We could also see the deers and the ducks. Since we were there for Christmas, we didn't need to pay for the parking either.

Everything is nice, well decorated. Breakfast is also really good. Additionally I really liked that almost entire staff know Serbian/Croatian/Bosnian.

PLZ be aware that the hotel is near the church, and if you sleep not well, so you'll hear the bell rigning every 15 mins from the early morning. TV is kinda old-fashioned and there's nothing to watch on a rainy evening. The room was clean, but I've found some hairs and dust, that was not a big problem. While booking, mind the location. It's 5-7 mins from metro and 15-25 mins of the ride, still it was OK for as I was looking for smth like that.

The breakfast was awesome. And longer hours on the weekend. The room was quite small, but the right size for a small solo traveller. Bed is hard and comfortable. Hotel tries to be eco-friendly and offers to skip cleaning for a day or more and get some treats.

We would've liked the cleaners to be a bit more thorough with our room, but otherwise the hotel experience was everything we could've asked for.

Great hotel! the staff was very kind and considerate, the room was spacious and comfortable and we got a view of a small pond with ducks and some sweet deers around it :)

Room was very hot, even in December with heater off and windows open. Room could have been cleaner, there were stains in the bedsheets and mold in the shower. Park with deers is not accessible.

Rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Self-check-in is great - very easy and intuitive, we easily checked in at 02:00 with no issues. Breakfast was great.

We tried the self-check-in but had some issues with it (didn't want to accept an address which was put in correctly). A staff member had to tell us, that we could use the reception for check-in as well.

We used this hotel during the Christmas market period and spent only one night there. Breakfast has a nice variety of offerings, and the view out of the window into the garden with running wild animals is beautiful.

The booking says "Double bed" while it was two seperate beds put up together with seperate covers. There were no extra blankets or one full cover.

The breakfast had lots of choosing, the room was warm and the place very quite. The metro stop is very close. The girl receptionst with black hair was kind of cold while the receptionist with red hair was extra supportive. Very welcoming and very helpful at all times. Anyway if visiting Vienna again might come here.

It's further from the city centre then I anticipated, but the transport system is very good, so I had no issues moving around at any time of the day.

The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities, comfortable bed, very clean. I liked the breakfast very much, and the space it is served in has garden view, which is a very nice touch. Everything is very well thought through, and it's a pleasant and comfortable place to stay

AC restarted a few seconds after we turned it off, so it kept working all the time, which was a bit annoying.

There was some sort of party one night and they had loud music all night, until 2 am at least. And during that same night, not only was I woken up because of the music but there were also people shouting at each other, in the hotel, at 2am. I barely had any rest that night.

The check in and out was smooth. Breakfast was great. The room was warm and comfortable. We even saw the deers in the morning, at breakfast.

Great location, very nice, clean and quiet part of Vienna, very easy travel to mains landmarks via underground and staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing, very big choice of food and lovely pancakes 🥞 and we really enjoyed to eat our breakfast in the garden.
