Perfect on all accounts. We booked two rooms last minute for a one-night stay. The price was good. We found a beautiful, quiet hotel, with large and comfortable rooms, delicious food and good wine for dinner. Breakfast the next day was rich and fabulous. Excellent staff.

The friendly and extremely helpful staff. Wonderful setting. Beautifully laid out. Good breakfast with the ability to enjoy it indoors or outside on the terrace. A bit of a walk to train station, but worth it.

I enjoyed the beauty of the hotel and peaceful surroundings. This hotel was my base to explore Hall and Innsbruck. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful with varied choices. I also ate dinner twice in the hotel restaurant which has indoor and outdoor seating. My room was large, immaculate, had a comfortable bed and a huge bathroom with tub/shower combination. The staff was very friendly and the surrounding countryside was beautiful.

Information in DE language. We had breakfast included and without knowing DE language we could not even get scrumble eggs (we did not know that such options exist). There was no even kettle in the room. Nowadays it's standard to have.

1. At this price, I expect a mini fridge in the room but there wasn’t. 2. The first receptionist we met at reception wasn’t friendly. Many information wasn’t provided(which we didn’t know), it was the second one who we met in the second day, that welcome us and provided us lots of tourist information and the city card. As the hotel sees itself an upperclass one, I think the staff has to be more professional.

We had a spacious family room. Staff were very friendly. The hotel has beautiful grounds and elaborate woodwork throughout. Traditional, well cooked meals available for dinner.

No air conditioning or fan in the room There was a wedding on our 2nd night in the hotel and it was too noisy due to loud music in the hotel restaurant and garden until 4AM. Otherwise, everything was amazing.

The location, the breathtaking view of the mountain, the beatiful classic room decor and furniture. My son enjoyed playing at the hotel garden and playground.

Excellent hotel, near Innsbruck and Hall, outside in the countryside, quiet and with a wonderful terrasse, allowing to eat outside and in all peace, under the trees. Breakfast was really excellent, dinner as well, very friendly staff. I had a very nice and relaxed stay and would certainly be happy to return.

Well, the church bells that ring every hour were a tad annoying at first, but hey, I guess it's all part of the charm!

The location was incredible; just outside of Innsbruck and next to the medieval town of Hall, with a view of the towering Alps. The hotel garden was fabulous, with seating under the trees and a big lawn with giant sculptures and a playground for the kids. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food at the hotel was top-notch. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I had a room overlooking a small street below... but that street carried an amazing amount of traffic -- people going to and from their homes, I suppose... plus kids on motorbikes at high speed and volume. It was more or less constant, but the hotel is still one I would go back to.
