Room nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Don't be put off by the outside when you arrive it's decorated really nicely inside. No restaurant but a good Italian down the road.

There is no elevator, there is no air conditioning and there are lights in the room that have no switches (they are just for show). The noise outside from traffic was very loud and we had to keep the windows open for circulation.

Breakfast was fantastic and the owners were phenomenal. They bend over backwards to ensure your stay meets your expectations.

The building looks kind of old from the outside bit is actually pretty renovated from the inside.

Breakfast was outstanding, absolutely gorgeous! Perfect for cyclists, because you’ll be in the city center in a couple of minutes and you can store your bike in a looker room.

Location is a bit far away from town centre.

Room was large with modern decor and very clean. Bed was comfy. Nice bathroom with good shower. Excellent double glazing and soundproofing as the road outside was busy, but could hardly hear it. Supermarket close by.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but the owner tried to arrange an alternative nearby. They were full but the city centre was only a short bus ride away and we had a fun evening and returned on the bus.

Very expensive for a standard room (though we did visit during the Bregenzer Festspiele when prices presumably explode). No air conditioning - we visited during a heatwave and it was hard to keep the room cool with a small fan and small high windows.

Reasonably comfortable, functionable room. Free parking on site. Wifi held up fine. Breakfast had plenty of variety and taste. Owner friendly and helpful. The opportunity to watch magnificent performances at the Bregenzer Festspiele on the lake stage.

The weather was hot and the room was hot. Couldn't have the window open because of the traffic noise. No tea or coffee making facilities.

Very friendly and helpful owners, they provided a safe cellar for our bike overnight and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. The local restaurant they recommended was excellent (Zum Grunen Baum) and they gave us a wonderful gluten free breakfast. They even gave us cycling directions back to the lake path. Thank you!

The hotel is located outside of the popular Bregenz city area---within which many of the hotels are located---but with a private car, it is easy to access the attractive spots of Bregenz, including the valley station for the Pfänderbahn, going up to a perfect view spot for Lake Constance at an elevation of a little over 1000 m. Our double-bed room was comfortable and of an adequate size, and we were---upon arrival---directed to a parking place in the immediate vicinty of the hotel entrance. The breakfast buffet was excellent in terms of both, diversity of selection and the individual quality of the offered food items. We had chosen to depart in the early morning hours following the night of our arrival, since we had planned to go across Lake Constance, using the car ferry from Meersburg to Constance, before continuing our trip to Lucerne for a visit of the popular Mt. Pilatus.

There was nothing to dislike!

The property was easy to find and we were grateful to be greeted by Manuela after hours. The property was delightful, the room spacious, well appointed, extremely comfortable and immaculately presented. Breakfast was plentiful and delectable with lots of variety. The staff were engaging and very helpful. Manuela gave us good local advice for our short stay and was extremely helpful to us in providing a service above and beyond our expectations. She was a great hostess!

Everything, took one look at room and left,stayed elsewhere on the edge of the lake in lovely accommodation for a little more money.

Nothing,very disappointed ,in fact we didn’t even stay, had to find alternative accommodation.There is only one picture of outside and now realise that was taken a long time ago, all a bit dated and tired, car park and rear entrance appeared like a yard not hotel parking
