When you enter the premises there is strong meat smell from the butcher shop but this doesn't reach the rooms, so it's not really a problem. The location was convenient for me because I was visiting for work, but if I visited for tourism, I would prefer somewhere closer to the center, although it wasn't that far, something like 15 minutes walk, especially if you can cross the nearby park, but this is not recommended in the evening as it's all dark.

This is a very particular place, a little bit hidden above a butcher shop, which belongs to the same people. The rooms are sufficiently large and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was well curated with local products of high quality. The personnel was kind and helpful.

Only the toilet brush would need to get changed, thats it. Everything else was perfect! We enjoyed our stay. Everything easy going and friendly!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything easy going and friendly! We have been there for easter, for breakfast the Boss himself treated a special ham from the butchery in the house. Cut it himself, a really lovely gesture. Rooms have been clean and nice. Short walking distance to the inner city.

The walls of the room were thin and I could hear the neighbors through. But it did not bother me much.

Location was very good for me. I got check in intructions and I easy found my room. I could leave my suitcase in the office after check out. Thank you for the nice stay.

Was a Little Noise coming up from ground floor butchers shop from 6.30am, but not bad.

Didn’t arrive till midnight but with clear instructions from the hosts it was easy to use self check in. Food Automat outside on street belonging to the delicatessen /butcher on ground floor was good as I arrived late and hungry. Comfortable room and bottle of water, kettle , tea bags etc really nice to arrive to. Very comfortable bed , soft but extremely supportive . Perfect! Nice, quiet view to inner courtyard and trees. Friendly lady at breakfast. Only 4 mins walk to Music University KUG.

Perfect location to explore and easily move around Graz. Felt always safe in the area and the same applies to entering and exiting the building. The room had a lot of space, extremely clean and well organized. The staff was lovely and very professional. Can recommend breakfast - high quality products, all good and tasty and great variety!

It smells a lot like meat downstairs since the hotel is in a butcher shop, but upstairs it's fine.

Room showed obvious signs of use ( many marks from baggage use on lower wall, could use a little painting touch up. Shower could be a challenge to use for larger people as it is quite compact in size.

Well located close to the heart of the old city. Easy 14 minute walk from the hotel through a lovely park at the end of the street. Welcoming host, friendly and helpful.

It is Pension and there's no let's say reception so it was quite difficult to figure out how to check-in. Second stay when I know where and what it was very smooth.

Really great place for a 1-night stay during a longer car trip. Very good quality of the room. Excellent breakfasts with local, eco products. If you traveling and looking for a place close to the center of Graz this is the right place.
