The place is in a grate place to go on trips from,up to 1 hour drive from most of the attraction in Salzburg area . The place is clean, everything is like new. You get complimentary fresh bread on your doorstep every morning, pool and play room.

No fans or air conditioner, and we had some really hot days. Other than that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very spacious, clean and highly maintained. The kids really enjoyed the outdoor pool and playground, as well as the indoor playroom. The location is great, central but quiet, and there is a Billa supermarket just a few minutes away which was very convenient. Will definitely come back again!

There is not much to improve, it is clear that the owners of the place have thought of everything. I can point out the communal washing machine and tumble dryer, which were sometimes occupied. In such a place it was possible to propose doubling these measures. Although this would certainly be an exception. I will also point out that the coffee machine is not a Nespresso capsule machine but a filter machine. It is not clear from the website, so in the end we did not use it (the coffee beans are not provided). It would be nice if there were supplies such as sugar, salt, oil in the room. These are means that can be purchased at the supermarket, but it is a "shame" to purchase a bottle of oil, for example, when you only need a little for one-time cooking. We did notice that other guests left a few products, but that was by chance. It is important for me to say that these comments are truly exceptional and are not significant comments. The experience was perfect and we are grateful for it.

This is one of the best places we have stayed in our lives in all the trips we have made. Excellent location, new building or at least looks new and the equipment is also of unsurpassed quality and level. A feeling that we were the first to be in the apartment. The apartment is very large with three bedrooms, each bedroom has a bathroom and private toilet for that room. There is a dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen exactly as it says on the website. The beds are very comfortable. There is a balcony with a mountain view. In the lobby there is a reception desk that operates part of the time (mainly in the morning). Fresh pastries are delivered to the room every morning. A great experience and stunning hosts who do everything to make us feel good. Very kind and very helpful. Well done and thank you!

Everything is quite modern and super clean. They have a really nice area for kids and with lots of toys and our little daughter was super happy. The location is also really good, with supermarket and restaurants reacheable easily by foot. Ah, and of course, the manager/owner is the best! Always ready to help, with great advices.

The place is super clean and large. The kitchen is wery well equiped. There are several games for the kids and family. There is also a pool but we didn't use due to cold weather. Loundary machine and drier available in the lobby which we used several times during the stay. We got a fresh bread each morning. The host is super nice. Helped a lot with everything that we've needed.

The family running Schattauer was very friendly and helpfull walking the extra mile for the guests. The appartment was newly renowated and cleaning was really spotless. All the family members loved Schattauer and we highly recommend everyone staying there when visiting Wagrain.

You should prepare with shopping before you arrive, pay attention to the opening times of the supermarkets before they are short.

The stay was special and lovely. We enjoyed it very much, central location close to the supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is comfortable, equipped kitchen for cooking, cozy bedrooms and bath. a small playing room that the children enjoyed there in the evening and a washing machine. The appartement is super clean and organizied. It had absolutely everything you need for a family with a baby and we had a GREAT time there. The hosts were nice and welcoming and there is a supermarket just around the corner. We will definitely be back again.

In one word EVERYTHING!!!!! Best service I have received in years!!! Everything is well heard and cared. All of the apartment is very very clean, he was available for any request 24/7 literally. We got all the help we needed even if it had nothing to do with the apartment. Amazing apartment and facilities such as games and pool for the kids and family also has all the required stuff for the pool. Amazing place!!! 100% recommended.

What a great experience!!. The Beer family (Owners) gave us the loveliest and warmest hospitality. The service was way above anything I have had any were else I have been to (including business travels). The apartment is very big, fully equipped and located in the best place in town. Great place. The owners of the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. They have a hotel and another apartments hotel. We were at the apartments hotel. The apartment was very spacious, sparkling clean and equipped with everything needed. We could easily cook every day. Everything looks brand new. There is a cute playroom on site. Our daughter enjoyed it every evenig. There are also games outside and a small pool for shining days (which we didn't have...). The location is excellent - central but very quiet, with a supermarket within a two minute walk. Wagrain is a grate place to stay when traveling in Salzburg area.
