Rooms probably need to be renovated, old curtains, some stains on the walls, very noisy mattresses - couldn't sleep well.

Perfect breakfast, very typical Austrian hotel, owned and run by Eddy from Belgium, in the heart of Zell am Ziller, busstop in front of the hotel, good carpark on 150 meters, good food and excellent well motivated staff.

Older but still nice accommodation. Good breakfast. Located in the center, many restaurants nearby. OK to stay for several nights. Hundreds of trips possible in entire Zillertal :)

The hotel was great for what we wanted but is getting a little tired. Although the hotel is in a perfect location, the reception is only open from 5pm in the evening, meaning that if, like us, you arrive earlier, you simply have to wait.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, literally next to the stop for the ski-bus and easy to walk to different restaurants in the evening.

The staff and the manager, Eddie, were exceptionally helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had a flight cancellation and Eddie was able to squeeze us in for another day without fuss. The location is perfect: centre of town, with the ski bus pick up/drop off literally over the road, and close to restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. One of the house chefs is Thai and there was an excellent spread of Thai dishes on the dinner menu. The Pad Thai was one of the best I have had. The food was very reasonably priced with generous portions. The rooms were clean and well maintained with good views of the mountains and the local church spire. The bed mattress and pillows were very comfortable and we all slept very well.

comfortable accommodation. we stayed B&B. got a bar on an evening. got a boot room. rooms have space to dry your ski gear. Manager Eddie was very helpful. ski bus stop opposite the hotel it’s short ride to Zillertal ski area which is great. 15/20 to mayrhofen by bus. train station 5 minute walk so can get train to mayrhofen too.

staff were amazing. very friendly and helped us with all our requirements. 4 bed apartment was spacious and clean. location was excellent. ski bus 10m from hotel. you have to try the Thai dishes on the menu. they are delicious. Ghis hotel gives value for money for a budget hotel.

Very good location, close to big public parking, close to restaurants. Good and varied breakfast. Very friendly and helpful owner. Included card with some free / discounted attractions in the area. A safe place to lock bikes.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, great location, free parking nearby. The room was alright, exactly what you would expect for the price. The owner speaks 6 languages so probably you wont have any problems to talk to him. Late arrival was not a problem either.

The room was a bit dusty on the surfaces but nothing too bad, the beds were very clean so that’s the most important.

The host is incredibly friendly and the staff as well. They try to help you whenever they can. The breakfast was extensive and fair value and definitely helps to get your skiing day started.
