otherwise im not a demanding guest but still...ive been here multiple times through many years, alone, with family and with various friends in private rooms, shared bathrooms.. etc etc... and i cant recal that anyone had anything to say about not liking it or something not beeing good.

i recommend it! very nice and friendly owners, im having a great time and sleep everytime im here, place is great, great location for skiing and hikinng, cycling, motorcycle trips and other sports through the all year. People are friendly, breakfast is delicius and plenty of food, hotel has a bar for evening drinks and some dinner options. Basically place feels like home every time im here! i love it!! i recommend it!

In all stayings here throu the years, still didnt find anything i wouldnt like.

Its a perfect little simple old-Style Gasthaus. Owners are very friendly, breakfast is delicius and plenty of food drinks and coffe. Rooms are big enough and coasy, bathrooms are clean- thosenin the rooms and those shared, everything is clean, nice, there is a bar to get some drinks in the evenning. There is a lot of parking spaces, check inn and out is quick, very very nice owners. Great location in the winter for local skiing areas...

Absolutely nothing.

Absolutely everything. This place is as friendly and as cozy as it gets. It is not some fancy modern looking guest house with futuristic amenities, but it fills your heart with warmth thanks to the lovely, generous hosts and a charming house, obviously built with passion. Apart from that, it is located ideally between Bad Kleinkircheim and Turracher Hoehe, so if one wants to have convenient access to both, it's just perfect. On top of that it is also totally inexpensive for what it offers, so it is always a bargain.

Great place! i love coming back here every winter. People are friendli end very nice, food is good, prices are ok, staying is nice and coasy. Location is great and staying here feels like home. This is an old old style Gasthaus so dont expect fancy modern hotel things.

Minor damages in the room (floor, door could not be closed properly). The cold tap in the bathroom was usually pretty warm. At first, the internet connection didn't work, but then we could use the second network, that functioned nicely. Occasionally, the music during dreakfast/dinner was a nuisance.

Excellent location, breakfast and dinner. Anne-marie and Ervin are very friendly people and willing to help whenever they can. For instance by printing our Kärnten cards and by serving a lot of potatoes. Superb hiking opportunities in the surroundings. Attractive price/quality ratio.

We love this place: it was our second time here, a wonderful place run by a very nice family. Pleasant rooms, great breakfasts and dinners, an extremely nice atmosphere and quiet surroundings - you feel like visiting your family in the mountains. We started missing that place just after leaving it. We hope to return soon.

Beautiful localization. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The room and bathroom was SUPER clean. Nice breakfast with quite large variety of food. Coffee machine was a huge advantage. We really enjoyed our stay. Perfect for a one night stay when travelling for vacation.

Very nice quiet place, clean apartment with sufficient space for 4 member family. The breakfasts with plenty of choices, everyone can find what he prefers. The same for the dinner. Well working wifi for kids. Definitely great value to cost ratio.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Cozy, comfortable and clean room also clean bathroom and toilets. The vibes of this place were immaculate, we liked the environment a lot. The breakfast (which was already included in price) was great, tons of options for food and drinks. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful! I don’t understand some of the reviews, you are paying the lowest price for a great acommodation in the area and are complaining ???

Very pleasant stay, the owners are adorable and so kind and caring. There’s a special care for every detail. Clean and nice. Eco friendly and full of all commodities. Pleasant fragrances in the bathroom and natural eco friendly soaps. Very good breakfast with choice among every possibility for savoury and sweet home made cakes, jams, various types of breads, hot drinks and juices… In a word: Perfect!!

Wonderful little cozy hotel. The breakfast is really good. Everything looks great and so traditional..The place with warmth and soul. I worried about shared bathroom and toilet, but it was OK. Everything is clean and we didn't have any problems.

The room contain very less power socket. The holder of shower were loose which force to you hold the shower all time in your hand while taking bath. These are minor which can be fix with not so much costly labor work

The property is located on the hills but very close from main road. It is an ideal place to stay for family with kids as they have pet cat which roams. Small play area with slide and swings. it is very quiet and peaceful place where you can enjoy the sound of water stream. The breakfast was also good and kids friendly. Small indoor play area room with toys. I am rating for family and Kids friendly facility
