We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Supreme breakfast. It was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel—clean, well-designed rooms. The hotel, per se, was tranquil, with daily room service. It was a pleasant surprise coming back every day after skiing to the clean and made-up rooms.

Very modern and clean hotel in quiet surroundings. We stayed in room 503( ground level) for 4 nights. The room is big with nice beds and linen and very well sound-proofed. The breakfast best ever with a big choice and Willi and his team try to accommodate one's every need. Dinner available at nearby restaurants (easy walking distance) and food at Quatro( Italian but big choice) very good. Ample parking available. Near to ski-lifts and centrum and good wi-fi. Definitely recommends for an enjoyable stay.

PortugalThe only minus that I can raise is the parking spaces which are limited. But there are alternatives on the area around.
The place is very quiet and the rooms on the higher floors have good view. Breakfast is really good with a lot of different options. Spa is also recommendable.
