The room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable, and the staff are really helpful. Also, the check-in and check-out process is fast and easy. Lastly, you won’t have a problem with your keycard getting lost because you can use your phone to open the room.

The mattress was a lit bit not suitable for me..

For me the location was good since it is in quiet place in Salzburg, and it is walking distance from center and there is also a bus which connects you with center. Although the hotel was on the way of trains, but you can't hear any noise coming from trains. The view from the window specially in the morning is amazing. The staff are very helpful and kind, also the staff who serve in the restaurant are very kind and always smiling. The room was big, well decorated and equipped. The Wi-Fi was good. The bathroom was good and clean. the bed is large. The room and bathroom were clean. The breakfast was really good with a lot of cheese variety.

Cozy rooms with all the modern amenities, and location is within 1km from the Salzburg hbf. Public transport is easily accessible, within 300 meters.

The bathroom's design. There wasn't a proper protection of the bathroom floor against water splashes from the shower area.

The furnishing and bed were very nice. Staff was quite friendly and helpful.

It’s a family owned hotel. The room is clean and cute. We really enjoyed our stay. The front desk is very friendly and showed us which bus can get to old town, Christmas market and recommendations. If you can, try to eat at their restaurant which we don’t get a chance to try.

Noisy street since trains and cars pass by frequently and the rooms were a bit hot.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our requests. Rooms were comfortable during our stay. Breakfast was tasty but quite basic. Close to Central Station and a distance from Old Town but there are bus stops nearby.

Close to Hbf but- in the opposite direction to the old town. If you use the trolley bus or have your own car this is not a problem.

The light in the bathroom is very bright and the wall is translucent. At night it can be a problem if there are 2 people.

The hotel has a nice location, on a walking distance from the central station and the main turistic points. The room is modern and comfy. All the staff is very gentle. The breakfast is fantastic. The fact of being above a restaurant makes it an - excellent but a little expensive - option for the dining too.

The hotel is located only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Our room was modern, quiet and nice, with big balcony. Breakfast was good, don't expect hot dishes, strong and good taste coffee. We were happy to stay in.

Family run hotel and restaurant. Such lovely helpful people, very service oriented and great breakfast, good value. The owners lent us bikes for free and we rode around Salzburg for 4 days, into town, by the river etc. It really added to our stay and we had a fabulous time!
