We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe only issue was with confusion over payment since it was done via booking.com. A second payment was done and remittance was made in cash.
Excellent service for breakfast and we were met on arrival. Parking was close the premise and the room was clean and very well organized. The wifi was adequate and the stay was relaxing and just what one needs after driving for many hours.

SwitzerlandThe only small thing you could say would be WiFi in the rooms. Only a very weak signal can be found. However WiFi is available in the main restaurant/bar/reception and no points can be removed, as they offer LAN cable on request with ports in all rooms.
Beautiful modern hotel, but with lots of rustic charm. The owners were incredibly welcoming and friendly and ensured my son and I had everything we needed for a great stay. I booked last minute as a rest stop during a very long journey. Breakfast was lovely, with a great selection of freshly baked breads, meat and cheese. They also have a full à la carte menu to choose from if you want something different. Next time I would plan my journey to definitely include a stop here for 1-2 nights.
