Room was a bit out of date. Pillows are not good. No fridge in the room, but hosts offered their fridge on the kitchen. Sauna need to be ordered beforehand and is not free from second time.

Location, breakfast, pool were great. Many hike trails right from the hotel. Quite place. Close to many attractions near Saltsburg. View on mountains. Family driven hotel with nice hosts.

I didn't realize the hotel was as far as it was from the historic center. But the bus was very close and easy to take. We did, however, decide to use cabs after our first bus trip just for time and ease. The pool was also very cold. We were told it was heated so started to walk quickly into it; the chill stopped us in our steps. But it was really nice once we got used to it.

This was a lovely hotel and the staff were great. Breakfast was very good. Reception was wonderful at telling us how/where to get the bus to get to the historic center of Salzburg.

If any inconvinience occured, we talked it out with reception and they were super nice and ready to help. The only thing that could be better was a bit higher pool temperature.

I would have preferred a room facing the garden. But this could have been arranged if I had requested it in advance.

The hotel is situated in a rural setting whilst only being 10-15 minutes drive from the town centre. There we’re good public transport links within a few minutes walk. The grounds are well tended with beautiful trees and colourful shrubbery. The indoor and outdoor pools were great. It’s a family run hotel which has maintained much of its original fixtures and furnishings whilst adding modern contemporary facilities. The staff were very helpful and I felt very comfortable with the hotel’s staff and facilities I would return and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

The surroundings and the view from the breakfast and poolarea is worth a visit themselves. The staff were great and so friendly and helpful with our dog.

Indoor Pool room was heated but the water was chilly. Was still enjoyable and would stay again on our next visit.

Not having a door to close on the shower was a little strange. But nothing really. No complaints.

No tea and coffee in the room but that might just be a British thing! The restaurant wasn't open most days but we found other places easily.

Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options. The room was cute and stylish. The staff were absolutely tremendous, took lots of time to explain to us the menus in English and help with any and all of our queries. The pools were lovely, especially the inside one and the garden was expansive and relaxing to hang out in. Top notch.

20/25 minutes bus/tram ride to old town.

Friendly helpful reception. We enjoyed our stay here, heated pool, and good-sized room with an interestingly decorated bathroom. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant.
