The breakfast was simple for 14EUR per person (no cafe latte, one kind of eggs and we had to wait for them, not much variety over all.) the snack machine is more fitting for a youth hostel than a hotel. There was a window between bath room and room. A spare pillow would be a great addition.

The staff was friendly and everything was clean. The hotel is less than 5minutes from the train station and on the border of the city.

in the early evening the lady at the bar was not too friendly. maybe she didn't realize that I was a guest and did not like my clothing

I know that the hospitality business has staffing difficulties at the moment but we were informed that apart from breakfast the hotel would have no services on Saturday or Sunday! Breakfast showed the limitation of kitchen staff. Dinner was only available on Friday evening and the hotel shut down at 21.30. Our room was well equipped apart from no air conditioning.

I had a few little silverfish visitors in my bathroom. Didn't bother me enough to say anything though as I was only in the room at night basically. Everything was very clean though, I suppose this just happens in bathrooms due to humidity.

Breakfast was great and staff at breakfast very friendly. Room was modern and clean. Bed was a little hard but otherwise comfortable. I asked for an extra pillow which was kindly provided. Location was great for my purpose, 2 minutes away from the train station. Restaurant has great options too, like Beef Tartare and Schnitzel and Goulash etc and had a bustling atmosphere.

Arrived late, rang the bell and sleepy voice told us the room numbers and to go up, keys would be on the inside of the door. When I opened the door of the room, light was on, bed was not made and there were man shoes on the floor. I went back outside and rang again, told the receptions what happened and he came out to the door in a few minutes and gave us two other rooms. Keep in mind that it was 1:20pm and I was lucky that I was not alone in this situation but had an male colleague with me. Not sure what the situation was because I did not see anyone in the room, but no mater how late the guests come this is not something that should be allowed to happen

The hotel is near the train station and the city center. I strongly recommend it due to the good location, clean and comfortable room, friendly staff and good food.
