To be honest, it was all very good. The only thing i didn't like were the strong air fresheners which kept making me sneeze - i had to place them outside the window.

The warmth of the welcome here has to be experienced to be believed. The staff at Gasthof Lend-Platzl might be the friendliest and most helpful hosts ever. I was so touched by the effort the staff made to provide vegan food. They even gave me my own vegan buffet at breakfast. The hotel is exceptionally clean and cosy, and just a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. I'm sure we'll be visiting Graz again and when we do i'll book in here.

It was a last minute booking so the price was a bit higher, although the room made it worth it.

We liked everythingm i was worried about the parking but we found parking spot in front of the hotel.

Everything is comfortable and staff think of the smallest detail. The bed is amazing! We will definately come back. Restaurant at the site is great benefit.

No staff available on holiday to great guests - no response (once answering machine) to listed number. Very fortunately I had company upon arrival as another guest couple could not get in. Other guest came by and showed us the location of the “holiday” entry door. And the kind guest carried my suitcase up two flights of stairs as the elevator is not operational on holidays.

Very nice hotel with absolutely fantastic breakfast with home made juices and jams. Nicely quiet location.

We had a very wonderful stay at Gasthof Lind-Platzl. It is an old hotel that has been beautifully restored. We loved the many interesting design details. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, comfortable beds, and in the morning we enjoyed a hearty, tasty breakfast. We also ate dinner at the hotel - excellent. Highly recommended for its quality, personal attention, and location. Parking is available very nearby.

Elevator was not working on Sunday so many steps to climb but room worth it.

Everything about the hotel is fine and of high quality, except unfortunately for the wifi. It very often had such a weak signal that I could not connect and had to work through roaming data of my mobile phone. So that was a letdown.

The hotel is quite near the well-known Kunsthaus and a short walk from Hauptplatz and historical centre of Graz. It is 15 minute walk from Graz main train station. It lies at a rather busy crossroads Lendplatz-Volksgartenstrasse, but this is not noticeable thanks the well-insulated windows in the rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are quite a treat. They have individual style, are clean, and well-kept. Housekeeping is perfect. Breakfast is very nice - it is not a buffet but ordered by menu. The restaurant part is also very good. Surely can recommend this place.

Here’s my two cents, a few points to make this lovely hotel even much better: 1- A small fridge is missing big time in the rooms. Adding a small fridge in the rooms can help guests keep their snacks and beverages cold. 2- A small water boiler kettle is also missing, although there’s this pantry room where you can find a kettle but having your own little kettle in the room can help the guests have their own tea or coffee when they want it. 3- TVs are smart but the remote control is exchanged with some limited hotel special remote which does not allow you use your own Netflix account or YouTube. Although I’m not a TV person, it could be great if you 1- add Netflix to your TVs. 2- add more English channels as it only has some news channels in English like BBC and CNN which are not entertaining, or 3- just simply let people use their own Netflix accounts on your TVs by providing the original remote! 4- the breakfast is a la carte and not self service and it’s totally Ok, it’s just i personably prefer having self service breakfast and not to have to deal with a waiter in the morning :) although nothing to complain, very lovely waiters, super kind and helpful, yet, I’d rather take my own food and sit and eat in silence :)

Wonderful little hotel located centrally in Graz. It feels like a hotel you would find in a small little town (in a good way) with very friendly staff and a cozy family-run atmosphere. They were very communicative during the booking process and helped us with a late check-in.

The hotel was really communicative about how to reach it and how to gain access for out of hours check-in which was really easy to do. The interiors are beautiful and it was the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever had - we were so sorry we were only staying one night and will definitely be back! One tiny thing.There was no wardrobe in our room, only a bench and a hanger. It was a bit inconvinient, but we could live with that.. :)

We had an issue on check-in as the premises are not open on Sundays. This should have been explained to us in our booking details about where to go and how to locate the key for entry.

Absolutely gorgeous remodel done on this property. Room was spacious. Great breakfast. Great staff. Short walk to old Town or train station. Restaurant in the hotel is also very good. Would go back to Graz just to stay here.

In an ordinary hotel, you would not normally notice this, but in one so exceptional in all other aspects: The towels were a bit too rough and could have done with a bit of softener.

Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff. Individually decorated rooms designed with much love, creativity and attention to detail. Highest quality in every aspect, including the flexibility awarded as we asked for accommodation of an extra guest.

Great location and food, friendly staff. The restaurant is always busy which shows how popular and good it is. My room was much nicer and modern than I was expecting but with a traditional feeling. Location is perfect, not too busy but some great bars, restaurants and entertainment right on the doorstep and it is only a short walk into the centre of Graz.
