It was a very convenient location for my trip. At the same time the hotel is cosy. Although the restaurant was closed on the day of my arrival, there were other restaurants within the walking distance.

You need to know German in order to communicate with the host, you have to park on the street if you find any space at all, tiny balcony that can barely fit two chairs.

Keep an eye on your egg if you cook one, otherwise other guests will take it.Happened 2x this morning. The city tax is 5 euros for 2 people not 3 as booking.com states it.Minor issues.

The stuff was not really speaking english but we managed to understand each other. On arrival the parking lots were full and we had to wait for some time to be able to park our car.

The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and so was the breakfast.

Staff was not so pleasant, kind of strict. In our room there was a refrigerator. It was quite big and loud, with glass door and with strong led lights that couldn't be turned off. So if you want to have it on your whole room is lit. We could cover it, but again it was also very noisy. There was simply no other place to put it. Even in the present position it was placed by the radiator which is actually a very wrong place to put a refrigerator, especially if it's winter time and radiator is fully in use. So there was no other way but to turn it off during the night.

Only front doors of rooms look old. Our room was clean and comfy and it looked quite new. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours, but that didn't bother us. Breakfast was quite basic with not a lot of choices. Besides boiled or scrambled eggs I would expect a bit more warm food. There was no sweet pastery or croissants or such, but maybe that is not austrian style of breakfast.

Not the easiest check-in as there was no one at the reception in the evening and we had to walk around with the suitcases a bit.

The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast was good too. It was our first stop after almost 1000 km on the road and we had some good rest here. Easy to get to Graz with a car. Really enjoyed the authentic interior of the restaurant at breakfast.

If you get the rooms at the top floor they can get really hot. There is not enough ventilation to cool them and there was no AC to compensate.

All in all the location and finishing is nice, perfect for one night stop. Restaurant at the location is a nice bonus

Breakfast was really below expectations. We came a little past 8, dining room wasn't really crowded, but there were almost empty plates, looking like leftovers. We stood there for a while, wondering what is going on, found 'refillment' plates but then some lady from service started shouting angrily on us in German (even though we clearly stated we don't speak German). There also wasn't any of commonly served warm meals, like scrambled eggs, sausages, and no joghurts for musli too. Huge disappointment. For a moment we felt like unwanted guests.

Very comfortable and clean rooms! Freshly renovated, quite modern style. Lot of parking places next to the hotel. Lovely, flowery and green neighbourhood. Very kind and nice receptionist, speaking good English. Nice and quiet place, few minutes away from motorway.
