We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Nice room with a very comfortable bed. The Gasthof has a great location to discover the area by motorcycle (Red Bvll Ring, etc...). Good wifi signal and good private parking (for my motorbike) in front of the entrance. Staff was also very helpful. Everything was perfect!!

Great staff in spite of our language barrier. Good food at reasonable prices, however, no breakfast offering. Nice patio dining. Decent wifi. Good parking. Good value.

AustriaThe bathtub doesn't have even a simple curtain, so when you shower the water splashes all around. It was a bit chilly at night but the heating didn't work, luckily there were a couple of extra blankets in the wardrobe to keep us warm. The room that we got (nr.4) has windows facing a terrace. Not sure if it is accessible to the guests, but if there were people out there, the room would have little to no privacy unless you pull down the curtains (which would mean no sunlight). Thin walls, we could hear people showering in the next room and people talking in the restaurant downstairs. In the restaurant, while eating we constantly had to chase away the flies which were plenty around.
Easy to find, next to the road, has its parking next to the entrance. The bathroom and the room are clean. We arrived around 9pm, the kitchen was kinda closed but they still made a pizza for us.

Czech RepublicWorst accommodation ever! Strongly recommend find other one! They confirm my accommodation and when I arrive, hotel was closed. So called to number mentioned in Booking app, but no reply. So, use number from hotel door, no reply. Tried to find other number by google and finally somebody speak with me, but not able to speak English. Fortunately some pedestrian help me and we found a key. Is it so big problem send me a message before arrive something like “We are sorry, but hotel is closed today, you’ll find a key there…”? And there was water outage last day. Did stuff helped guests with this issue? Did they e.g. bring a barrel of water so we can flush the toilet, clean teeth, etc.? No, they did nothing! Never ever!

SlovakiaUnfortunately, there was also a private celebration in the guesthouse . It was impossible to sleep because the party was noisy and the rooms were right next to the restaurant. In the future, the Gasthof should not offer accommodation when it has a party booked.
I spent my stay with my family, first we are in a restaurant where the food was very good and I recommend it. The equpment of the rooms was acceptable.

United KingdomCheap furniture, foam mattress, very low and soft, and very poor pillows. Happily as I was alone I could use both but if two people this would have give me a very uncomfortable night. They need additional in the room. Toilet seat broken, only attached on one side, water plug hole is blocked, leaves you stamina in puddle of water as you shower. The place just need maintenance and up keep, but it was cheap so no complaints.
Clean, tidy room, en-suite all good, I am sure the location is good if travelling down this road, sadly I was not and it was a 40min drive for me. However, as its on the main road I am sure good for those who take a little more time than I did to book it.
