How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

You could hear sounds from the corridor, but we could cope with this.
Views from our room were fantastic:-) Very convenient for a mid-stop on longer trip as 5 minutes of motorway however we have noticed some people staying there for longer for skiing. Room and bathrom were very clean, as the whole building. Basic furniture but good enough for short stay. Dining room country-style and a bit oldfashion but food was very good for breakfast, fresh bread and lovely meet. Owners VERY nice. They have alocated for us 2 rooms oposite without beying asked. We are glad we have stoped there. I think this could be a nice place for a few days stay but we did not have this time:-(

During check-in (10pm) but mostly check-out (6.50am) the reception was not manned, even though it states that it is manned since 6:30am.
The staff prepared and packed simple breakfast sandwiches for us as we intended to leave before breakfast was served. The view of Wolfsberg is nice.

Diesel engines of cars roared for a long time just below our windows early in the morning. We were one of the last at breakfast and soon there was nothing left. The employee added a little to them.
The view from the window and balcony is fabulous. We were greeted by a very kind employee.

Nothing to the hosts. But the other guests were very noisy and not very polite, especially during the night. The evaluation is low only because of this aspect.
Location, parking, amability of the staff. Great dining. Average breakfast.

We had pre-registered all information for all guests via booking.com but had to do the same again on arrival after a long journey - not a big deal. Some of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, others a little more serious, but it didn’t spoil our stay
A short drive away from very pretty Wolfsberg, the location and views are awesome. The accommodation is simple but clean and comfortable. The food was very good, portion sizes generous and there is a small bar serving staple drinks. Parking is easy

The localisation on Google maps is showing wrong place. There are lots of signs on the way but in the foggy rainy night when you arrive tired after driving 1000km you might be lost and frustrated. It should be definetly corrected by the owners. We've lost half an hour looking for this place inside some forest.
Very silent neighbourhood, nice and cosy rooms. Quite big parking space. Enough far from the tiny centre to feel like in the woods.

All was fine for price paid. Mattresses confortable. The ashtrays outside on the gallery should have been emptied.
Breakfast was very good with many choices of breads and cheeses also the coffee was excellent.

The fact that this hotels is useful when traveling has, however, its negative side - it is, of course, the noise generated by the highway. For one night this is not a problem, but for a longer stay this could be a nuisance.
An excellent hotel for a one-night stay while traveling. Quite good restaurant. They have nice family rooms with a balcony. There is also nice view on the nearby mountains.
