The bathroom was a little dark as there is not overhead lighting. The carpeting could do with replacing as there is a stale smell.

Conveniently located just a 10 minute drive from Hallstatt in a beautiful valley. Easy to get to with a large parking lot. The staff was very friendly and suggested a nearby restaurant.

As I was traveling with a friend I wasn't expecting to have a shower in the room without any door for some privacy. Moreover, the room kinda smelled like somebody previously smoked in it.

The stuff was very nice, check in was smooth, TV good, free parking. The furniture looked nice and new.

The beds were very squeaky. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to make tea/coffee, especially since the restaurant was closed for breakfast in the morning.

The guesthouse is very conveniently located - 10 min walk from the train station in Steeg. There is also a bus stop across the street where you can catch a bus to Hallstatt. The hiking & biking trail going around the lake (Dachstein runde) starts very close to the guesthouse. The restaurant in the guesthouse was open in the winter season (not many other places were) and had a decent selection of meal choices. There is a bakery next door which was open from early morning where we could get breakfast (restaurant in the guesthouse was closed for breakfast when we stayed there).

Money value is excellent!! The room was large enough and our dog loved it too. There was a terrace too and you can see the mountains! I fine The location was also great! Near Hallstatt! 🥳 The staff were friendly as well. Breakfast was also enough to fill up your tummy😉 We had also a nice parking just in front of the hotel.

Comfortable and clean room with perfect view of the mountains from the balcony :) A big adventage was that we could leave our car right next to the hotel for free.

The room is spacious and clean. The owner was very friendly and gave clear instructions. The location is convenient and one can easily go to Hallstatt/Gosausee by bus 542 or to Bad Ischl/Attnang-Puchheim by train.

The location was a bit far for hallstat. You have to take a bus to reach to the village. The booking amount also i found a bit on the higher side.

This place is very quite and clean. The staff was really good and caring. The food was also upto the mark.

The umbrella in the veranda was broken and fell on the chairs. The exhaust in the bathroom did not work.

small room overloking directly the main road (a lot of traffic so with windows open you have a feeling that cars are driving through the room), with a dog there is nothing to do if it is raining, for young people location is not the best (nothing happening, no bars only restaurants)

Toilet is separated from the shower, the latter being combined with a sink and both having no door separating them from the rest of the room.

We were welcomed in a friendly manner by the host. The guesthouse is quite big, and the double room with a balcony we stayed in was spacious and had a pleasant design. There is a cute mini-fridge as well. Both a bus and a train station are located close to the place.
