Everything was just perfect! Location - Picturesque surroundings, edge of the lake, just 6.5 km from Hallstatt Lahn(where the famous Hallstatt church is located). You can walk by the lake or just take bus next to the hotel. Staff - Very friendly and supportive staff. Restaurant - Brilliant! They have vegan and vegetarian options.

The shower door opened awkwardly, but that did not take away from our enjoyment.

The staff was super nice. The room was freshly renovated. Breakfast was good. Being able to have dinner there was really convenient and delicious.

Loved the staffs there, especially Peter. We had wonderful lunch and dinner on new year's eve. The place is walking distance to the train & bus station. Small room. But lovely view.

The accommodation was closed. Apparently they are closed until April, but on booking they seemed to be available, so I reserved for a night. Confirmation came so everything seemed to be alright. But as we arrived, there were no lights and the whole building looked abandoned. Phone was switched off as well. I'm okay with them being closed but there was no information given to us about it, so we had to look for another place to stay at 8pm as we were standing there without any accommodation. Also I had to pay a bigger amount than expected due to this. Absolute shame

The room is super clean and comfortable. The hotel is central in town. If you are visiting Hallstatt, this town is only a short bus ride away, like 5-10 minutes, and the bus will drop you off right at the hotel’s doorstep. The best part is the hotel is the Outstanding hospitality of the staff. The young lady at the reception is so kind. Knowing I didn’t have dinner on a late night, she brought me dinner. Austrian hospitality is known, but this is exceptional!

Close to the main road. Could be the problem for some people because of some noise, but it is nothing terrible.

Everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding (especially for me being vegetarian) and the rooms and hotel was so clean and felt a real coziness within the hotel. The location is just outside Halstatt but there are buses running regularly to and from there so there is no issues at all accessing Halstatt. There is also a lovely, scenic walking route around the hotel too that you can do in just over an hour. If and when I return I will most definitely be staying here again!

A wonderful facility with a nice balcony view. Great staff, wonderful food, and an exceptional breakfast. Nice outdoor dining. Good parking and wifi. A short ride to Halstatt.

I booked the hotel with my daughter as it was the best option in terms of proximity to the lake and Halstatt. And mainly our budget. Its a traditional austrian hotel with kind, funny and super friendly owner and personal. Special Thanks for the waiter and the cook who maid our trip absolutelly unique, as they took us to the lake, late night. Special thanks to the owner as he made my daughter feel herself as a little Lady. The room had also a balcony with a beautiful view. I need to mention our maid too, who was also very helpful. I felt myself as an appreciated quest and I do sincerly recommand the hotel for those who want a budget friendly accomodation near Halstatt
