just - having to leave so soon!

a) The host Family Leitner allowed us a late check-in despite Restaurant closing-hours around 21:00, they said no problem. b) Mrs. Leitner had kept a lost item for me from my last stay, i had'nt even thought of I copuld have lost in this place. lovely. c) Mr.Leitner cooked me some fluffy scrambled eggs upon request, which was ideal, because I don't do Carbohdrates any more (now from 1 year) and lost 12,5 kg of weight by this measure: no bread, no potatoes, no noodles, nothing from wheat or other regular grain ... !!! I feel so much better, no brain-fog, no leaky-gut, no IBS!

Really friendly service. The staff was helpful in helping with any questions, such as getting around in Salzburg area. The restaurant also has excellent food for travelers.

We were really disappointed about the fact the restaurant and bar was closed on friday. It felt like a dead place. We were also really shocked to arrived in the middle of a commercial and noisy area. It is on us and we should of look better while booking the place but it was clearly not what we expected when you are looking for calm and restful place.

The room is quite spacious.

Staff was extremely rude, once we showed our Bulgarian passports, not our British ones. We refused to serve us drinks and food, and it was only 19.40. In the meantime there was a local man sitting on a table in the restaurant drinking beer and another one was brought to him at the same time. Also there was a big company in the garden outside drinking and eating till 10.30pm.

Though the Checkin time was 14:00 to 20:00 o'clock, the main gate was closed. Other guests arrived at a same time and they called on the number mentioned on the door. We were allowed inside, checked in and got the keys. Host was nice and friendly. However, the room was not clean as it should be. At the bottom of the beds, there was a lot of mud and hence the silver fishes. Wifi was not stable, we had to enter the password again and again and it did not work. Moreover, at some time the mobile network went off. We were speechless. Not recommended for the families. However, for bachelors it is a good option. I hope, detailed review won't hurt host and it was nothing to do with her but with the facilities and cleanliness.

Host was nice to guests. She offered us water and apples at checkin. Jellies at checkout.

It was a beautiful property with the nicest of owners! The amenities weren’t available while we were there but it was only a short overnight stay. Lots of restaurants nearby, very clean room, and the water pressure was phenomenal. Very kid friendly also.
