Staff - front desk was friendly, but forgot to mention key things, i.e. seating arrangements in the dining room. Dinner itself was expensive, and lacking quality / taste. In the morning, the waitress has literally kicked us out of our table with an attitude, as if we’re supposed to know which table is assigned to us. Her attitude and demeanour was certainly not called for, and certainly one I wouldn’t expect from this place. Highly disappointing experience. Overall, nice place though with beautiful nature, spa was great. Hotel provides plentiful of towels, which was appreciated & finally, Easter Egg hunt was fun & a nice surprise. If the hotel can get customer centricity right through staff, then they will build up on loyalty & customers who want to return. Unfortunately, I won’t go back despite nice amenities as that really turned me off to get an attitude by someone whilst paying quite a bit of money for the stay.

All is fine.

Fantastic food and dining personnel. At check-in, they greet you with a glass of Prosecco. Close to several ski locations. Free train pass included to travel to Salzburg for sightseeing. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony.

Everything was super! Especially thank you that we can stay at the hotel with our cat. It's a pity that we only stayed here for one night. The wellness area is simply amazing. Because there was a wedding event in the hotel restaurant on the evening of our arrival. Daniel helped us very quickly to find a place where we could have dinner. Thank you

Abtenau is a typical Austrian mountain resort - Calm, clean and quiet place, with great services and breathtaking countryside. Regarding the Vital Hotel Moisl, can´t say enough good. From early morning till late night, there is always something to do. The hotel wellness is a must-visit, provides everything one can look for, and is a perfect place to relax.

Everything was excellent as usual. This was our third stay. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel. Also recommend using the free train pass for worry free travel to Salzburg.

Bed could be more comfortable.

Beautiful Abtenau at the first place. Hotel has great location. Booking HB was a good decision as breakfast and dinner offers were great. The view from the room was breathtaking.

Dinner was good but included quite a few buffets.

Very friendly and helpful staff- when we asked to change rooms due to the view this was accommodated the next day for us when others booked out. The second room was lovely with a wrap round balcony. Very knowledgeable on things to do in the area and walks to suit us. lovely spa and leisure facilities excellent breakfast
