How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Modest breakfast, elevator didn't work for 2 days, when we checked in the guy from the reception seemed to not know very much and was very poorly dressed for a front office job.
Excellent position close to Schonbrunn place, metro station and a big parking. The last floor apartament that we booked is perfect for a family with children, with 2 separate rooms, each with bathroom.

Staff was very nice. We arrived earlier than check-in time. But the room is not ready. And the staff gave us the key and allow us to leave our luggage at reception. It took around 20 mins from hotel to downtown.
The hotel is in a old building. But it was renewed. So, the room, bathroom are quite new.

They didn t have a refrigerator in the room (my mistacke that I didn t check in the info about the room) but the moast unexpected thing was that, in my 4 nights stay, they dind t clean the room once, even when I asked them to do so, because I was with my 3 years old doughter and she still wear diapers. The response was, “we don t clean the room during your stay”… and imagine after 4 nights, the trash 🤦♂️ The room was ok, with no closet to put your clothes, decent bathroom and the curtains was a little bit dirty.
Was close to the Schonbrunn Pallace and to the subway station.

Well, they have four **** at the hotel sign on the front of the building, it's definitely not four star hotel but the building is nice from outside and quite nice from inside , it needs some touch-ups. It has a reception a dining area where they serve breakfasts. Rooms are spacious enough and also needs some touch-ups. Definitely hotel is Great Value for the money and location is convenient with a big garage house just around the corner with a very affordable daily rate just 7€ or 24h for 14 € ! and subway/metro station just right there too.

Parking is not available for hotel guests but we were lucky and got a empty spot on street in front of the entrance😄

The rooms are next to a pretty busy street so be careful if you have a light sleep. Also blankets are very thin.

Water in the shower couldn't go away for a long time
Practically everything, especially price quality rate! The room was clean and there was everything necessary there. I read complaints about noise from the street, but we were in the rooms 110 and 210 not facing busy street. It was calm in the morning. Good choice at breakfast. Perfect for one night in Vienna

Breakfast not of the best but for the price it's ok They don't clean your room during your stay, but for the price it's fine Not a four star hotel, rather 3 but a good three stars. Today stars don't mean much anyway...
Large room, large bathroom, very clean Friendly personnel Good location, you're 5 min from a U-Bahn tram and bus station. Bus stop 50 m from Hotel. Cheap parking avaialble for 9 EUR per day.

My only complaint is the lifts only go to the fourth floor and as we were on the fifth floor, my husband had to carry our suitcases up two flights of stairs. Not so much a problem for overnight bags but we were long distance travellers and in our 70's.
We had a double room on the top floor which was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel was excellent for a visit to Schonbrunn Palace and close to U bahn station for direct transport to Vienna city.

They changed their bed sheets to ones made of polyester. I think those are uncomfortable on the skin and I have doubts that they get washed hot enough to be hygienic. It is a bit noisy from the streets.
The rooms have a nice design , nice big bathroom and shower.

Property is adjacent to a nice street and is walkable to schornbrunn palace.. its a nice walk.. good restaurants and pubs nearby .. breakfast was good.. they were happy to keep our baggage until we formally checked in later..
