We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandNo big issues for me (doesn't influence score), but for somebody may be important: - steep stairs to the rented floor of the house - car cannot be parked at the property, but parking free for guests is in below 200m - wardrobe in one of bedrooms have no doors (is open)
Great place to stay, all facilities in good condition, first class kitchen equipment and bathroom. Great view from balcony and nice deckchairs available to use. Terrace is also nice equipped. Comfy beds with super nice bed linen (one of the best I ever met, made by Austria brand). Very friendly host, explained everything. All basic everyday products for kitchen and bathroom were at place. By foot available one of the cable cars, close by (longer walk or tram during weekends) is a beautiful lake and in the near area also other chairlift with even better views. Also mountain train can be used to travel north (on weekends also with panoramic windows). There are some mountain bike routes available in the area (reachable also on trekking bike).

NetherlandsWe are non-smokers and I ususally check for this before booking but we had to make a last minute change and I did not pay attention to this, the constant smell of smoke coming up from the bottom floor apartment was not pleasant to us non-smokers.
Wonderful view on both sides from top floor balcony as well as below, very close to town centre in walking distance. Nice clean and neat.

IsraelAlthough we had no problems about that - the steps to the first floor are a bit narrow. My nuclear family had no problems running up and down, but thinking of aged people, or those with mobility issues - that could be complicated.
Although we got some delays on the way, the Owner was still waiting for us till 11pm. He was very nice, showed us the property and handed keys. The location is very convenient: Billa (supermarket) maybe 50m away (just across the street) - extremely comfortable - no need to get into a car, may just by something for tea every morning and groceries may be brought home easily. Famous Mariazell Basilica and the central square (everything very traditional!) - some 4 minutes on foot Mountain entrance with cable car - some 8 minutes on foot (but I personally prefer to be closer to Billa) One more ski entrance with cable car - 5 minutes by car The next restaurant - 2 minutes on foot, a few more - 4-5 minutes on foot. This is a traditional Austrian house, fully equipped with everything we could need during our stay. Everything worked perfectly! My wife had to work remotely - and she had good, stable WiFi. Besides, there is a few places to sit comfortably with a computer and a cup of coffee. Bed was long enough for me (6ft+)
