A wonderful new hotel complex with wellness, excellent accessibility to the Zwölferkogelbahn cable car, and in addition, hotel guests are brought to this station by shuttle taxi, so maximum comfort. The excellent breakfast with a large selection is also worth mentioning.

The room was slightly small but otherwise cosy. This is ideal for a short term trip.

The location of the hotel was well placed, with great views of the surround alps/mountains. The room facilities were great, with lots of storage and a small balcony to relax on. The spa facilities were great, with two saunas and a indoor lounge area, great for relaxing after a day of skiing. The staff were friendly and the restaurant and breakfast were of high quality.

The check-in is quite late and the checkin process is long. It helps to pre-fill the details. The 100m steep uphill to get back to the hotel after skiing is quite hard. Miscommunication with the staff.

The views and the breakfast. The service. There is a ski equipment locker with boot warmers. The hotel has a partnership with Gumpold ski rentals which meant that we could drop off rented equipment at the reception and not have to go back into town.

Location seemed like right across the lift but it is actually not that easy to walk from the lift back to the hotel with a full ski equipment on. The shuttle service was great to get to the lift in the morning but the transfer back starts at 3 pm. The weather was warm and the slopes got very soft at around 12 pm and if you want to ski till 1 pm, the only way to get back to the hotel is walking for around 15 min.

The staff in the hotel is exceptional. Melanie at the reception welcomed us and she was very helpful, very positive and made us feel really special. A nice prosecco welcome drink was amazing! We've got an upgrade and the the room with the own sauna was just perfect! Breakfast was very good and everything was well thought till the last detail.

A great experience in the heart of Hinterglemm. Everything was as expected or better, I could talk about the usual aspects, but it was the small details that made the difference: we received a room upgrade, heated individual ski lockers, apartment amenities, transport offered by the hotel to the Kogel B1 gondola and back in the afternoons, safe parking for our car with ski box attached (and they offered a solution when they needed to clean the snow from the terrace).

This is the brand-new hotel located in feet of proximity to a ski lift (Zwoelferkogelbahn, 12er Kogel). Welcome glass of Prosecco met us at check-in :) Staff at the reception advised the ski rental centre where we took equipment with a discount. Enough parking space (with a charging station for e-cars), a ski storage box (for each room) at the parking level. Excellent breakfast, great spa centre with outdoor pool was included and visited daily! It was a pleasure to have a kitchenette with a new set of dishes and glasses. The coffee machine and caps (resupplied daily) were a pleasant addition ). This place is worth coming back to! We had an amazing holiday! Thank you so much!

Our room - a standard double - was quite small. I had expected a little more space for sitting and walking. But it worked ok for my daughter and I. Re dinner meal service, I didn't mind at all going at specific times. However, our first night we had dinner at 20:00 and due to a large group being there, our main course took an hour to be served. We had an equally slow (but slightly faster) meal the next day at 18:30.

Overall the hotel was great. Modern, great sauna and outdoor pool. FABULOUS reception - welcome prosecco and moment to chill while filling out the forms. Parking was easy and views of the rooms lovely. The dinner was delicious - the menu stayed the same but with so many options, it was easy to have a great meal! And one of the bar tenders - a lady - makes great cocktails!

The breakfast selection is limited if you stay longer, but the food quality was excellent.

We booked a room in the second building, and I believe it was the best choice due to its unparalleled view. It's tranquil, with no windows facing the pool, and it offers a stunning view of the mountains. The spa is wonderful, and the heated outdoor pool is a treat. The food quality in the breakfast was perfect but the selection is somewhat limited, especially for a 5-night stay. The restaurant is commendable, and there are also many dining options in the surroundings. They offer the 'Joker card', which allows you to take a lift to any mountain for free and enjoy other entertainment at no extra cost.

Amazing, simply amazing. The hotel is great, location is fantastic, the hotel is extremely clean, modern and it has really good food. The rooms are spacious (although we were provided with an upgrade free of charge), clean and with big bathroom. The pool is fantastic and the relax and spa/wellness area is really good. One of the best hotels in the area. Staff is exceptional, friendly and really helpful l - especially Melanie who welcomed us at our arrival and explained everything while having a welcome drink which was amazing after our long car drive from Italy.
