Everything was perfect

We have stayed at Glemm hotel for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel is very nice, rooms are comfortable and cozy. The stuff is very proffessional, polite and open, ready to help with anything we needed. Restaurant is great!!! Very good food, very well balanced with nice presentation. I have gluten free diet and it was not a problem at all, I even got Kaiserschmaren and Marillenknodel! We will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, clean, very stylish with attention to the small details, the bests service possible, comfortable and fun room, great spa area, and the cherry on top was the food, especially the four course dinner. In addition, the hotel provided the “joker card” for free cable rids in hinterglamm. I highly recommend you to stay there!

the room was like a shipping container and soulless with no art on the walls - it was like staying in an ibis in the mountains, the bathroom had a shower half way along in between the sink and loo - a half hearted wet room that stayed wet the entire time. the room was not cleaned well - dust under the beds and sofa - this ended up giving my daughter a severe allergic reaction- not acceptable. room was not a standard room - having stayed in most resorts in the alps and many many types of properties- came away feeling disappointed- especially having paid quite a lot for a half term week for soulless accommodation. breakfast was very standard - more 2 - 3 star. Dinner was ok but expensive for fairly standard produce. limited space for beds indoors by the swimming pool - that however was at a good warm temperature.

The bar staff and restaurant staff were friendly, the shuttle service was efficient. nice looking bar but uncomfortable seats.

Half-board food was nothing special. The service could be improved: we had a 2-night stay, both days we had problems at the breakfast (wrong order or order forgotten), so it took a while, and at the dinner (wrong sitting time, wrong drinks). We always got the worst table next to the kitchen door even though other tables were prepared and free the whole evening. The spa area wasn't working, no massages. The sauna area is really small but it is expected from the reviews. The annoying thing was that to get to the Ruhebereich or to the Textil sauna next to the pool you need to bring your room card with you, otherwise, you're locked out and need to ask somebody to open the doors (a very strange solution). For a 4-star S hotel, we were lacking some service and relaxation after the travel and our ski day, had to be always in control.

Big, comfortable room, the hotel is new so the facilities are nice and new. High-quality towels and bathrobes. The first mini-bar refill is for free (soft drinks). Rituals cosmetic products everywhere. It has a shuttle to the ski lift which is convenient as walking would be a bit too far. Free parking and ski storage room; we could use the parking longer on the day of departure. You can buy the ski passes from the reception to skip the queues.

way to crowded spa area. no one picked up our luggage. there was no room service the weekend we stayed. One of the staff, I think it was one of the restaurant managers was bragging and was attention/acknowledgement seeking what I really did not like.

Expensive and non-compromising about trivial things such as assisting with transfers into town outside of service “hours” etc.

New modern and tastefully furnished. good facilities and friendly staff.
