The worst thing was the relatively short window to check in which began rather late. If you arrive early you need to leave your stuff somewhere or wait before they open the door. The breakfast was also very simple and left a lot to be desired.

The hotel is located within walking distance of all the main attractions in Innsbruck and is also relatively easily reachable from the main train station. The room was spacious and comfortable, although the furniture was a little dated. I was also allowed to leave my luggage in the storage after I checked out, which was an added bonus.

The choice for breakfast was adequate but perhaps it would benefit by increasing the choice available. The reception desk is only manned until 7pm which, for a large hotel, feels quite unusual.

The hotel is centrally located with restaurants, bars and cultural sights all close by. The view from our room to the mountains was spectacular.

The bathroom was exceptionally small even by European standards and the floor creaks with every step.

Staff were very nice and the location is ideally situated between the train station and the inner stadt.

A kettle and small fridge in room would have been very helpful but we booked it knowing these facilities weren’t included. Just a suggestion for improvement.

Excellent location, central to major attractions and public transport. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel was secure, staff very helpful and included breakfast also great.

Perhaps the bathroom/shower has seen better times, but everything was still functional.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but comfortable, we slept well and had a decent breakfast each morning. The hotel itself is very well situated on one of the main streets, but the area is not noisy. All in all, a comfortable place to stay in Innsbruck. Also very pleasant: We could leave our bags (unguarded) after checking out and then pick them back up in the afternoon before leaving the city.

Good location, walking distance from train station and old town. Quiet, quaint. Friendly and helpful staff. Clear indications to check-in outside front desk hours. Very good breakfast. I would stay again when in town.

Restaurant all buffet - “serve yourself “ (so the last guests had not too much choice left) . I would have preferred having the main course served on each table .

Well situated to discover 3 different ski resort 25 mn away from the hotel , included Isgll. Average size hotel. Hot soup everyday when coming back from skiing .

The hotel was a bit dated but very clean so that was all right. The pillow was just too low to be comfortable. Being located in the city center can become a bit noisy.

Parking was a little confusing and no staff except during specific checkin and checkout hours. May not work for everyone.

Maybe the breakfast could be slightly expanded to include more options. Not necessary for me, but just an opportunity for improvement.

The assistance and info I got before my late arrival, how to access the hotel and check in when the reception was already closed was excellent. And everything worked perfectly just as described. Room was very spacious and my room was well equipped with a compact solution bathroom. I saw there were showers down the corridor so obviously there were other room types as well, more like a hostel. Breakfast was quite ok to me with a variety of cold dishes. WiFi worked well. The hotel is very nicely located downtown next to the triumphal arch. Just across the street there was a bus and tram stop, so for instance you can easily and very conveniently get to the airport without paying for a taxi. The hotel is also just a fairly short walk from the train station.

Was not being informed the reception only opened certain hours and got to wait in the cold for hours with no luggage deposit as well before checking in. There's a weird odour in the hotel as well but bearable. Don't expect much except the location is good. One bus stop away from the Central train station or 10mkns to walk. You ask, they answer. Not expect too much. Breakfast is adequate, not much of choices but still ok.

We were in a very family room that was immense with lots of windows and beautiful wooden plank floors. The breakfast was very good.
