Could have included more towels

We got upgraded to a nice room on the 3rd floor with nice views of the fortress.. The room was Basic but comfortable. There was a refrigerator and kettle to boil water. The bathroom was a good size . The restaurant associated with the hotel was amazing 👏🏽! Loved the food, and special shout out to Annalisa who was very sweet and took good care of us.

We had a drink in the Hotel restaurant in the evening and the girl who was working was not very polite, seemed like anything was too much for her.

Great location, just 5 minutes from the Bahnhof. Room was very spacious and clean. There was a Smart TV, so could watch Netflix or Amazon. Shower was excellent and the Breakfast plentiful.

The bathroom was okay, but the showerhead could not be adjusted to fit a person 180cm tall -- the hose was just not long enough. This made for an awkward attempt to wash hair… We asked to extend our stay by one more day but despite what the website said they didn't have a room available.

Room was cozy with comfy double bed and another bed for a third person. Breakfast was very nice with fresh pastries. The location right in the middle of town made for a great start and end of the day.

We booked the suite and was great, except that there was an extra room used as storage. We certainly closed and locked the door of this small extra room, but would be best to have an extra bed in there, or alike.

The breakfast was great - simple and great quality. The sweet croissants were amazing. Very comfy environment, great service. Location, quality, and service is all great. No doubts on recommending it.

To get a drink or snack after the bar was closed, there was a machine which didn't function quite well; or we misunderstood the 'manual'... It took our money without supplying the desired drink, but a member of the hotel helped us out.

On our way to Italy we choose to spend the night in Kufstein, in the hotel that was recommended by friends. We expected an 'old fashioned' typical Austrian hotelroom, but it was very modern and comfortable. The restaurant offered a good menu, and the local beer was delicious. From our room we had a nice view around, and we hardly noticed the traffic. Also the parking possibility was well organized: a big parking garage on a short walking distance from the hotel. The ticket was charged by the hotel, when we checked out.

Our room was a 4 bed room but only 1 key and no night reception, making coming back at different times a hassle.

The location was great, in the middle of town. It is clean and recently refurbished with nice design.

Carpeting and rooms could use a bit of a facelift. The parking situation could be better explained, either on the app or after booking.

It was in a great spot in town with good views of the castle above. Breakfast was simple but good, with plenty of options!

Superb location just a few minutes walk from the train station, and right next to the stunning Kufstein fortress. Room was very spacious, nice natural light, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
