We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Super comfortable hotel and the location is perfect for downtown St Anton experience. The hotel is on the quieter side of town, which i enjoyed. Breakfast was prepared fresh and has everything you need for a great start to the day. The owners are wonderful and helpful. I’ll be back for sure!

The location of the hotel is excellent- within a 15 minute walk of the three major lifts and all the shops and restaurants. The hosts are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Other highlights include a boot room with a heated boot rack, a great breakfast selection, modern clean bathrooms and being greeted by the host’s beautiful dog Chet. Thank you!

AustraliaThe light in the ski/snowboard storage room is a motion sensor that turns off after 30 seconds. Maybe change that to 5 minutes so I don't have to keep waving my arms around when I lights go out while I'm putting my boots on
Amazing hosts. So friendly. I missed breakfast once because I was hungover and they asked me in the hallway later in the day if I was doing ok because they didn't see me eat anything.

GermanyWhile the hotel is very close to a bahn, it is a little far from the center of town. Walking back with all of our ski gear after coming down from the mountain to have dinner was not super pleasant.
The location was very close to one of the bahns, which was convenient to start the day. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. Our room was modern and comfortable. Parking on site was also very convenient.

This was a lovely hotel to stay at whilst skiing in St Anton. The hotel is a short walk from one of the main gondolas and a short 10 minute walk into St Anton town. Breakfast was lovely every morning, with great coffee and plenty of selection.
