Being provided with 1 bath towel ( very small) and one hand towel for a 9 night stay. No kitchen towel. However, When I texted, Martin had them leave us a second set of towels. It would be nice if they started with at least 2 sets.

The location was perfect, comfortable bed and very spacious rooms. Easy to use washer and dishwasher. Very large drying rack. The public transit station was 3 minutes away which was perfect.f

The only thing that was not practical is the long distance between the office and the apartment. Check-in is late, at 3pm, and if you arrive in the city in the morning, you will have to walk about 20-25 minutes (from the city's central station) to the office, where you can leave luggage until check-in time.

The location was perfect to see the old city center. The train station leading to Vienna International Airport was only 5 min away from the apartment. The apartment was clean and complete. Although the days of our stay were cold, the apartment was warm and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Doonas a bit heavy for the changing season.

The location is fantastic within an easy walk of Stadpark, shopping and a terrific array of restaurants. The apartment is light, airy and spacious and we were very comfortable. There was an equipment issue which was resolved very quickly, and the communications with the HeyMi team were clear and accommodating.

It can get hot unless you open the windows but it was very minor

10/10 location. Also, there’s a bakery right below the apartment, a great place to grab breakfast before heading out sightseeing

Nice apartment with amazing location next to Stephansplatz, with a couple of nice restaurants nearby and lots of shops for shopping. The apartment was clean and comfortable with necessary amenities in the kitchen.

The flight was delayed, we lost the money we paid for one day, instead we asked for some concession, help with additional money, since we had to stay 1 night, they promised us a late checkout until 12:00, but they put us in the room at 10:15. Also it would be nice to have water in the apartment when you go at night and the shops are closed, also there were no shampoos

Great property - clean, spacious, fresh. In a great central location above a shopping strip with various stores, coffeehouses, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets. Property had everything we needed to self cater. And hosts provided an app and info posters in the property to make our stay easier, and to give recommendations for restaurants, coffee houses and markets in the area.

Two sets of towels for each person would be nice rather than just one set per person especially for a stay longer than one week. Better instructions on garbage disposal especially for recycles.

The windows into the kitchen and the hallway only had see through curtains and the office opposite could look in. Majority of the pots, cups and plates were actually left in the dishwasher which we only discovered towards the end so we were really short on things. A note would have alerted us. A small bin in the toilet would have been very helpful

Excellent location with good access to central places by walking, tram, and metro. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and there was a grocery store down the road which was very helpful. Location was well lit and had people at all times which made it feel very safe.
