The room was small and stuffy, especially at night (could not keep window open because of mosquitos). Sink in bath really low so water got everwhere

Kettle and cups provided in our room, but no tea/coffee or milk! Couldn't see the point of the kettle.

Well located - in the shadow of the Rathaus just off the inner ring road, with the No. 2 tram stopping at the bottom of the road. Easy 15-minute walk to the centre of town, or alternatively around the ring road passing some spectacular buildings. Very nice continental breakfast. Charming wooden elevator with a stripy sofa seat.

The hotel was well located with a lot of major sights in walking distance (15-30min). It has a good price point for the location. The staff was vert friendly and helpful. Breakfast is simple but good.

The one slightly negative thing I would say, is that the walls seemed to be very thin and my neighbours had the habit of talking loudly early in the mornings and late in the evenings. That might have just been bad luck, though. The other minor thing is that the room did not really offer enough sockets for me to load my devices. I was in Vienna on a business trip. However, I was able to make it work.

Location is great. Very central. The breakfast selection was perfect for me. I really liked that I could make myself little pots of tea. Also, the room was very clean and the shower pressure in the shower was amazing.

The location is great, and it it quaint, boutique hotel. The room did have a kettle in it, which most hotels don't seem to offer. The breakfast was basic, but the coffee was really good.

The breakfast was same every day and cookies were from shop and not good.

Hotel was not far from city center, about 15 min by bus or train. Three bus stop was about 5 min walk. All in all it was good for short stay.

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was ok. It was warm and close to most attractions. Note that if you can't walk 15' to the nearest metro you can always get a taxi for a minimum fare.

This hotel is very conveniently place in the centre of the city. My room was small, but comfortable, clean, and suited my needs. Breakfast was fine and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly.

Would have enjoyed tea/coffee facilities in the room. There was a kettle but no coffee, tea, sugar. And would of been great to have some hair conditioner in the shower. Shower gel was provided. Would be great to provide a little bit of information in the room of various points around Vienna or even a little bit of the history of the hotel, we googled everything ourselves.

Hotel is centrally located. Breakfast was plentiful. Room was spacious, warm and cosy for 3 people. Receptionist was lovely and helpful. Room was cleaned during our two night stay. Shower pressure was amazing and water was hot so definitely very good after walking so much. Lift was very quirky and brought you back to the 1920s. Loved the novelty.

Nitpick, the room looked a bit old and the bathroom did not have a fan to remove the smells. It had a vent but not a fan but it's not that big a deal.

The location is dead center, right next to the parliament. Breakfast was excellent and diversified, it even had nutella spreads to *chefs kiss The room was gigantic with a really high ceiling. A bit old but that doesn't really matter. Clean
