Shower cubicle right next to bed which was a little clunky to manage. Swimming pool more like a jacuzzi. Otherwise a lovely central hotel!

The hotel is nice but have some elements of deco which make it tacky. And it’s a shame because some changes would make a big difference. The cleaner left one of the wet cleaning clothes on top of my leather backpack :/

The location is great. The staff is really kind and attentive. The bar on the rooftop, the pool and the views are nice.

The room configuration is awkward. There should definitely be better bathroom facilities. Eg sink in toilet area or just separate bathroom altogether with ventilation fan Open plan bathroom just doesn't work especially for women. Also steam from shower in room creates dampness.

- not comfortable room for business trips - swimming pool not heated and thus cold - for me it was a bummer as I booked the hotel only based on location & swimming pool filter

The place overall is nice and in nice area. The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was cool and the view is great to enjoy. The room for me was not comfortable even though I chose comfort room. There was no coffee, no tea, no chair to sit on, no desk to work if needed, thus not comfortable for a business trip, only sleeping and taking shower. Also, every time I actually tried to work and put a 'do not disturb' sign out on the door, someone kept knocking a few times with the room services.

Could not open the window fully , breakfast good quality but not fantastic choice , had to pay for drink in minibar , why can’t they offer the soft drinks or any of the drinks in the fridge ???

Nice hotel, big room and comfortable bed. Friendly staff and lots of candy everywhere which was super nice. The location is a bit noisy on weekends because you are in a very touristic area but is not really bad

No conditioner or separate shampoo provided in shower (instead there were three huge bottles of body wash/shampoo conditioner). No robe. For a high-end hotel, I would expect a little more. There is no hotel bar as such, just a regular bar upstairs which was incredibly loud and busy. Same with restaurants, there is no where to sit and have a quiet drink.

Breakfast was simple but efficient. Staff quick. I arrived early and it was no trouble at all. Check in was friendly and fast, in fact, reception was very friendly and helpful overall. Room cleaned very well every day. Good mini-bar selection, including snack offer.

Perhaps the room size could have been bigger esp for two people.

The staff are amazing. Both on reception, the breakfast room. Really lovely and helpful. Fabulous location to main sightseeing areas. Walkable.

Towels were poor and it was extremely noisy each morning as hard flooring in room and corridor.
