We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I really liked the hotel, maybe I just didn't like the fact that I paid extra in the app for a view of the mountains, and I got a room with a view of an industrial building. And there was a lack of food at breakfast - we had to wait a long time for it to be replenished.

United KingdomBreakfast service a bit confusing. No one to ask for our room number, had to find a table ourselves. No one came to explain the buffet or to take an order for tea / coffee. We had to go to a staff member to ask ourselves. So this is something the hotel could improve upon. Also on arrival at the hotel there was a table set up outside which resembled a market stall, not something you would expect from a 5 star "Grand" hotel.
Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was walking distance to the town.

United KingdomWhat a gem of a hotel, from the moment you arrive you know this is a special hotel. Check in was quick and the reception staff were excellent. The hotel has a private underground carpark with elevator access to the hotel. The room was large and comfortable with a Juliette balcony. The bathroom was a decent size with double sink and a full bath. Only down side was the body wash is bolted to the wall and slightly inaccessible when sat in the bathtub. Pre dinner drinks could be taken on the terrace overlooking the river Isel. Dinner was a fine dining affair, we opted for the taster menu and it didn't disappoint. On the way to the dining room there is a glass floor so you can see into the cellar and the wine tasing area. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options available both hot and cold. This hotel is exceptional, it was a real pleasure to stay and I will most definitely return.

United Arab EmiratesThe checking process was not informative enough - we only discovered more details when we realized that there is an iPad like device in the room with all the information at your finger tip. While the rooms are very spacious ! we missed a bit of modern touch. Clearly a personal taste preference. Lienz has no free on street parking facilities - so we had to use the underground parking. But why the need of charging EUR 10 / night?
Great location - we loved our balcony 3rd floor overlooking the river. The river facing out door facilities incl. breakfast terrace are superb. Lienz has lots to offer - a great location for many hiking tours - proximity to a 36 whole golf course and great weather. We decided to only have breakfast at the hotel - as there are plenty of alternatives for dinner outside the property.

Nice hotel over looking the river and mountains. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great dinner breakfast buffet. Free on-site parking is hassle free and really convenient. Great location.
