Smoking on the balconies and public spaces. Having a lung issue since Covid - cigarette smoke makes me physically sick and hard to breathe. Plus you can't leave your balcony door open as the smell wafts into your room. We had a lovely table next to the lake and no one was smoking then a young girl plops down at the table next to ours and lights up - the smoke made me leave after just arriving so we enjoyed the outdoor bar area for 10 minutes.

We loved our room and the lake view balcony. The breakfast and dinner were both fabulous. You had some great staff, Maria @ the Front Desk, Lucien and Aura in the restaurant three of the nicest people I've ever met - they were so kind to us! They are a credit to your hotel! Plus your parking garage fit our SUV nicely.

I was a little disappointed that the second bedroom in our 2 bed suite was off the lounge and separated by a glass screen with no external window making it stuffy with limited privacy. There is a train line by the hotel so you can hear the trains if the windows are open however, we weren’t disturbed with windows closed.

Location to the town and ski lift excellent as well as superb views over the lake. A ski shuttle to the lifts ran every day from the hotel. The staff on reception and in the dinning room were exceptional. The breakfast and 5 course evening meals were excellent. The housekeeping staff kept our suite very clean and I was impressed that they reported a small issue with our shower door that was dealt with the same day. We enjoyed our stay.

We prefer ski in/ski out, but the minibus worked well.

Great breakfast and dinner options. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, making menu adjustments for children. Child friendly swimming pool and good location in town. Great lake and mountain view.

First of all , the town closes every shop by 7 pm and dosnt open till 10 am , the hotel doesn't provide a simple iron board when u need it and instructed me to give it to the room service which will take an over night till 12 for a simple press ..the was the bummer. Secondly, the hotels patio is a piece of heaven and I only booked here to be able to sit relax and take photos , the managers on the other hand banned people to sit there after breakfast and morning time for unexpected reason ... ( chairs need painting,)which didn't really happen during our stay. That was another bummer

At 600 euro plus a night did not expect staff to stand outside our bedroom windows talking loudly and smoking late at night 🤨 As there is no air conditioning the rooms were quite warm and it was necessary to have windows open ( no fly screens )

Overall the location and vista was fabulous.. The facilities and various internal and outdoor areas to sit and relax were great.

They took the dirty towels without bringing new ones, the room was still dirty after cleaning, and we found insects on the bed.

The mattress and pillows were not comfortable. There were corners and stumps at the balcony and bathroom doors that we would constantly trip over.

1. There was no air conditioning. 2. There was no grille or cover on the windows, so all kinds of insects are getting in when opening the windows to get some fresh air. 3. We had the half board where breakfast and dinner are included, however, the food was not that great and we went several times to other restaurants.

1. New air conditioner switches not comfortable specially during the summertime. 2. Heavy traffic area around the entrance of the hotel.

The best location in Zellamsee, friendly workers, excellent breakfast and dinner menu. I recommend it for families. A lot of activities around the hotel.
