How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

One of the receptionist was not too gentle and patient. One of the days that the cleaning staff did not exchange the glasses. The gym was not a gym, for a a 4 star hotel it was a joke, only a very old bike.
Good bed and bathroom. Amazing breakfast, they always bring/fill again the things that are at the end. Tram stop very close to the hotel. Reception is 24h available.

It needs some renovation (bathroom). It seemed check in process is somehow time consuming (l did not use pre check in online)).

Everything was very good and I have nothing that I didn't like.
The hotel is located close to the city center and has its own parking lot. The breakfast is quite diverse and the staff is very kind.

We and our children found the beds incredibly comfortable. Fatima and other staff were helpful, kind and professional. The breakfast was good and the room had air conditioning which was fantastic

We wanted to find a hotel near to Stadthalle and this place was just perfect, basically it was on the next corner. We were on the 5th floor and we could step out of the room to a kind of balcony, which gave good view of the city night also

The bed is a little firm for us.
The hotel was full of lovely staff and the rooms were clean, fresh and quite. It's position is very good if you are commuting and need an easily accessible place near the town centre with a car park. Once parked the city centre is only several tram stops away. You can leave your car and go unencumbered into the centre.

I don't know exactly whose this problem is, but when I just arrived and was trying to wash my face, I faced with the situation that water didn't drain in a sink. i made an attempt to call to receptionist, however, the telephone haven't work properly. it was approximately 22:00 in the evening, I had to go down to reception by my own. The girls from reception were friendly, and proposed to change the room. However, it was late evening, besides, I've already unpacked my bags, so receptionist and I went to my room. It turned out that the tap has some lever behind, so eventually, the water ran down to the pipe. Maybe room service personell should carefully recheck it in order to avoid such situations. because I really was exhausted, and just want to wash my hands and face. additionally, I've never see such tap system before.
1) very diverse breakfest food choice - especially desserts and variety of fruit. a several types of yoghurts, bread, even water (with lemon, clear still etc) 2) the bottle of water, set of teas and coffees in a room 3) a bath instead of shower (also you may use it as shower)

One of the staff was kinda rude, pretty bad German language. Not enough knowledge about the close area.
They offered me to park inside the hotel, bc I was still working in the lobby. The breakfast offered a wide variety also good for vegetarians and vegans.

The room was little .

The location was pretty good, there’s a tram stop right in front of it that goes to the city centre and even by walking it’s just 20 minutes to the main square. The staff was very nice and helpful. Everything was really clean.
