My only criticism is that the air conditioning in my room didn’t seem to work. Although this may have been my own stupidity not knowing how to operate it.

Great location not far from the S3 line directly into Vienna Centre. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were lovely!

Location could be better, but there is a bus and tram right in front of the hotel. The rooms seemed to be slighy smaller than in photos.

Location is ok. About 35 min from the center with public transportation. The room was cold although the thermostat said 23 degrees Celsius. We were too lazy and too tired to ask reception.

The rooms were extremely small (15 sqm). Quite a struggle for a couple. No wardrobes at all, our luggage sat in the suitcase the whole time. With the suitcases open, the space was even smaller.

The rooms were newly renovated. Heating was great, big bathroom. The bed lines were exceptional, so were the towels. Really friendly staff. Rooms with terraces suited for smokers.

At nighttime the location was a bit of a challenge, as city trains didn't go regularly and it could be hard to find a suitable bus. But during daytime the public transport takes easily to most popular tourist attractions.

The lady at the desk was lovely and gave us our room early after a long night at the airport. The room was very clean and cozy - the size was not very big, but enough for two people and our luggage.

Noise from the street, since my room was on the side of the streeet and no carpets so one needs to take sleepers since they do not provide ones, no have them available at the reception upon ask.

Close to the train and tram stop. Opposite to hospital. 23 minutes straight line to Main Station.

It will be useful to offer slippers because of the floor. The blinds can get stuck do to snow.

The atmosphere was nice and cozy with the possibly to spend time playing games and drink a bear or other drinks from the menu. If you arrive late they make pizza at the hotel and this can save you from starving.

The pillows were far too squishy and the temperature controls didn't seem to make a difference. There was an annoying noise from the vents.

The location is a bit outside of the city center, but you can get to any part of Vienna quickly and easily by tram (e.g., lines 30 and 31) or train.

The hotel is new and really clean, with a pleasant atmosphere. I liked the hotel's back garden view. The price is reasonable when you take into account the hotel's general tidiness and the included breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd like to express my thanks to Aldo and Apti in particular for making our vacation more memorable.
