We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SwitzerlandOrdering eggs at breakfast was not that easy; the member of staff who was cooking the eggs wasn't really taking care of the guests. Would have matched the level of the breakfast and of the hotel if orders could have been placed with the waiters.
One of those superb Austrian hotels that grew organically over the years and kept everything in top shape. The restaurant is more than 100 years old (but in immaculate condition, traditional but modern at the same time), the spa looks brand new. The evening menu in the restaurant was longer than usual; great choice of finely prepared meals! The breakfast was also worthy of any 4 or even 5-star hotel. We could hardly tell that we were staying in an older part of the house - the room was in excellent condition. Unfortunately we only stayed for one night while travelling through.

Czech RepublicOne of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and I have been to quite a few. The breakfast selection was vast and tasty. Good coffee served (no the "hotel kind"), fresh self-pressed juices and some 20 kinds of bread and buns are just a few of many breakfast options available. Outside pool with warm water and direct access to cycling path. Drive from Salzburg center 10 minutes.

Everything was just perfect. The hotel is beautiful and super clean, it has restaurant wich food is delicious, our room was big and had balcony with stunning view on the mountains. Hotel Grünauerhof is just in a couple kilometers from Salzburg and it has a lot of parking places if you are travelling by car. The place has very nice vibe and the personnel is very competent and friendly. A great hotel overall in a superb location we would definitely return here
