Certainly not a deal break but the only thing I really did not like was that you could smell the street food /oil which is quite unavoidable at that location and with window open.

Very well located hotel in the centre of Vienna, next to the Schwedenplatz metro, tram and bus stop. Very comfortable hotel, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

We stayed at the hotel for a total of 4 nights. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It takes just 6-7 minutes to walk to Stephanplatz Cathedral. Additionally, you can reach the metro station where U1 and U4 lines pass in just a 2-minute walk. We really enjoyed the breakfast. They offer a wide variety of options. The breakfast staff were attentive and polite. Having a balcony in our room was an added bonus. We highly recommend it.

We liked everything.

Location was perfect, just near the underground and tram stations, walking distance to Stephansplatz. Very good breakfast and very kind staff. You have a balcony in your room.

The one thing I never like, is wall to wall carpets on the floors. But they seemed to be very clean, so it was acceptable.

The best part of the stay was that the staff were so friendly and helpful. All of them, and it really made the difference. Also the location was perfect, making it very easy to get to know Wienna. The hotel was very good and comfortable, with good breakfast and great aircondition ( needed as it it close to a busy road).

I would prefer if it had one bed instead of two connected as one, and one cover instead of two separate ones, but I wouldn't consider it as actually a negative and we also knew that this was the case before we booked it. Also I would prefer if they gave the option for a lighter blanket because even when lowering down the heat we were getting too warm. But again that is not actually a negative but personal preference.

The room was cosy and had enough room for two persons. The staff was really polite and helpful. The place was near metro and near the church of St. Stephan. It was very easy to get there from the airport as well. I would choose it again in the future.

The location of the hotel is excellent, close to metro and shopping streets . The staff of hotel are super excellent. I felt like staying at home . They are supportive and welcoming. Thank you to all staff . The breakfast was excellent and all staff in restaurant were very nice and kind.

Stayed for 2 nights, it's a small hotel, in a great location, a minute from a metro station and walking distance to different attractions in the inner city. Good breakfast serving eggs of your choice and a buffet. Room had with a balcony, very clean and comfortable bed. The staff are super nice and helpful :) I recommend this hotel

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Excellent location, friendly & helpful staff. Breakfast very good, they even put on tea and cakes in the afternoon with board games ideal for a cold afternoon.

Receptionists ,Marco and Matthias, gave us lots of information and made our stay more easy.We really liked free coffee and cake from 15:00 to 18:00.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They welcomed my dog with some treats. The breakfast was simple but fresh. The location was very good and close to main attractions for me.

Staff were really friendly and so helpful at the hotel. Ideally located for the centre of Vienna, with so many places in walkable distances, plus trams and underground very close by too. Breakfasts were wonderful and the hotel had a lovely, quirky feel about it. Fantastic city, great hotel, wonderful mini- break!

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and confortable, the breakfast was very good ( especially the omlette) , the hotel is very close to the Old Center and next to the subway station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If I will come back to Vienna, I would definetly stay here again.
