Ukraine3 reviews1 helpful vote“it was OK”I think the property is too expensive. The booking has to be paid upfront, once you paid the money is collected in full immediately, and no refund. The landlord gave indications about the address and how to get the key. but don't ask more questions, they don't seem to like questions. The living room light didn't work, which wasn't a big deal, but during the night, I had to light the room with the kitchen fun extractor because it was very dark. For the price, I would say there is a wooden tough bed that may not exactly be the most comfortable mattress,
The location is excellent, the neighbourhood is beautiful and looks like a very safe area. in general, I found people very kind in the surrounding areas, no silly neighbours. hooligan at a party, rude behaviours etc, which was great. you will be close to the bell ringing from the church in the morning, sometimes the whole night like my last night, very close to the apartment there seems to be a kinder garden, and little kids start playing very early, it may be a bit noisy, but in general is part of the landscape. no wifi problems good internet and kitchen facilities

New mattress needed, too thin and too small for the bed's frame (as seen pictures so no surprise). Refrigerator looked brand new but somehow a bit noisy, although the appartment itself was quiet. Bathroom was clean & new but smelled like an old building smells (probably centuries old in this Aktstadt). Beautiful terrace.

Germany4 reviews2 helpful votesPoorThere was no hot water in the bathroom. We contacted the landlord and after several exchanges he/she had the shower repaired, though that took two full days. We asked for a reduction for the first two nights, as clearly any apartment, let alone a "Deluxe" one, should have warm water. This was denied without any justification. The apartment was so dirty that even the children felt uncomfortable. Had it been cleaned properly, the lack of warm water should have been noted, but apparently wasn't. This is worrying, as during that time, due to the pandemic, stringent cleaning procedures should be in place and obeyed. As an aside, the person we communicated with always replied anonymously in English (despite us writing in German).
The apartments in a very good location.
