Found the spring beds slightly uncomfortable. Getting into the city centre involved 2 train changes.

Clean and comfortable property in a quiet area. Rooms seemed pretty sound proof in spite of being very close to the Prater.

There was a bit of dirt left in the bathroom. After reporting it was cleaned immediately.

Reception staff amazing, friendly, ready to help. Excellent customer service, Natalia was speaking even Romanian, nothing else to add :). Breakfast was super ok, good room, view at the park great.

The price was kinda high but matches the prices around. The location is far from city center, but not far from undreground line.

Everything was superb except the price. The breakfast was rich in selection and in good time range. The hotel room spacious and beds comfortable. large bathroom as well. I also liked well equiped gym.

Only one blanket per bed is a bit uncomfortable for two people. There's almost no space in the room to store clothes etc., so we had to live out of our suitcase pretty much.

Liked the cleanliness of the rooms and all facilities. Also appreciated the rich breakfast very much.

about the cleaning service, i was informed that it's not happening every morning. if i need to clean the service i need to tell you about it. But the problem was that I ASKED FOR CLEAN service and the lady on reception put the notice ( as she told me) But no one-day cleaning service was not. So for the 3 nights - no room cleaning.

You cannot fully open windows, parking is 25€ per 24h but that is a standard in Vienna.

We had an unfortunate incident where the fire alarm go off on the last night of our stay due to another guest smoking in their room, which was a inconvenient but I was amazed at the response of the staff fire response team to guide us to a safe assembly area and guided us back into the property once the incident was identified and resolved.

We loved the breakfast and the assortment of the dishes. They were freshly made and quite delicious, the quality of the food was exceptional too. We also loved the fact that the staff were very friendly and courteous.

No fridge in the room, no daily cleaning automatically (which is not terrible, I don’t normally ask for cleaning every day, even if it’s offered, but it’s worth noting).

Very new, very clean, spacious rooms, good location (depending on what you’re looking for), great breakfast, great staff, bar in the lobby with reasonable prices (for Vienna), good gym for a hotel. It could easily be a 4* hotel with a few little tweaks.
