Rooms above a pub/bar, visitors that want to relax at night may have a problem sleeping. Ear plugs worked great.

One cable car ~200m away from housing. Great public transport near for skiers. 30 minute bus ride to Hintertux, 10 minute drive to Zillertal Arena. Great underground parking garage. Roofed terrace for drying clothes/skis.

The shower had seen better days it sprayed everywhere and the bathroom door handle came off in your hand and wouldn’t close.

Perfect location, right on top of the ski lift and above a bar. Easy check in.

1 keycard per room was a bit difficult sometimes, but eventually it all worked out well.

Location was excellent! We enjoyed our stay, spend 4 nights in 2 rooms at Harakiri. As the host responded very quickly to our questions through Whatsapp, we never missed a recepetion or a host on site. The parking below was very good and the heated ski lockers also. We didn't have a problem with the loud music from the Harakiri bar below, as we mostly were intoxicated when heading to bed. Beds were comfortable and the view from balcony couldn't be better. We brought our own Nespresso coffee machine and there's a supermarket close by as well as a backery (serving breakfast). The restaurant next to Harakiri (Berg&Tal) serves excellent dinner (make sure to make a reservation).

The noise in the room is very high. It is located above a nightclub that goes to 2 in the morning and 3 on Saturday. The door from the nightclub goes directly into the hall of the rooms so each time it is opened the noise is even louder.

VERY VERY LOUD until 4-5am in the morning. Every day. We (group of 40 year old lads who are keen apres skiers) thought we could tough it out. We were wrong. Not enough towels provided. Contact the staff via WhatsApp. Received a proxy reply… but no towels arrived.

I contacted the property to find out opening times of the club downstairs and i got lies and false information. The owner/admins are nowhere to be found and really sending chat messages is not helpful. The club downstairs operates everyday until 4am so beware not to choose this stay unless you want to party everyday. . The rooms do not have cleaning service and given the price the rooms are not worth it!

There's no noise insulation between their club and the rooms! On our first night I couldn't fall asleep until 3AM because the bed, the floor and the walls were VIBRATING from the party music. There's no reception to contact about it and help us to resolve the issue. The room was extremely overpriced for the fact that the bathroom door was not even closing properly.

The main criticism from my point of view is the noise level during the night. I already knew before the stay that the rooms were located above a bar but I thought the bar would close at 10 pm as most Aprés-Ski places that I know of. Unfortunately, this bar is different and closes at 3 am. During this time it is not possible to sleep without using ear-plugs. And even then, the beds are vibrating from the bass of the music. Additionally, the sound proofing within the building is not very good, so that you can hear your neighbors talk, laugh and listen to music. In this regard, you are very dependent on your neighbors being considerate. We were unlucky, since our neighbors very always listening too loud music, even singing along very loudly. So even if the bar was closed, the noise level was very uncomfortable.

The location of the accommodation was very close to the ski lift. Also, it was surrounded by many different restaurants and cafés. The accommodation had an exclusive parking garage. The rooms were clean and equipped with all necessary items including a hair dryer (but excluding a fridge, coffee machine/ kettle).

Horrible. The rooms are located above a night club. The music from there is so loud that it shakes the windows and floors until between 2-3 am each and every night making sleep impossible. If you like to get some sleep before 3am, then the place should be avoided! The place is unattended by staff - literally, there is not a single person around - , presumably because they themselves would not be able to cope with the loud music every evening.
