The stay has been perfect. There is nothing really to talk about in terms of not liking the place. A cloth to move over the mirror, which reflects more than half of the room, would help with a dog.

The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible to humans and pets alike. This hotel is in a perfect location, just across the train station, with ample parking possibilities, something appreciated, especially when traveling with a pet or a person with restricted mobility. I especially commend the reception area with ample space and the ability to work some extra hours even after checking out.

Just opposite main train station but quiet, spacious, warm and comfortable. Lovely kitchen, helpful with top functioning Miele washer and dryer. We really enjoyed the home-feel yet being in a convenient location from the Old Town and train station. Staff are awesome hosts for the city!

There was only one bathtowel for 2 people which was not good.For this price you will at least expect enough towels!

Because we had delay in our train we was forced to sleep over.It was a very comfy apartment and friendly and helpful receptionist..Was rather expensive but close to station and restaurants.

Lovely large rooms and living area with firm extremely comfortable beds. Washing machine available on site. Very close to the train station. The robot cat helping at breakfast was very entertaining. The staff were lovely and helpful. Great selection at breakfast.

Very good location in the city center. Rooms are spacious, new and very clean with comfy mattresses. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Breakfast buffet could be bit more resourceful it but was definitely sufficient. Would definitely recommend

There was only one small towel in the room but I found a bigger one in the service area so I took that. The pillow was too soft for me but that's personal preference. Some washing powder for the washing machine would be great - even if you added some small sachets to the vending machine?

Huge room with seating area. Excellent location at the station and a very short stroll into the centre. Very friendly staff. Brand new hotel so everything was new and clean. Soundproofed rooms. Service area on floor 3 with washing machine and dryer, iron, vending machine, eating utensils. No problem to leave luggage at reception. I arrived early and in exchange for showing my train pass I was given a free coffee whilst I sat in the lounge using the wifi.
