Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location very close to the main square. Underground parking on site with the direct access to the hotel lift is very convenient and fairly priced (10€ / day), enough space for clothes and other stuff. Electric socket which works 24/7 even if the main switch (by card) is off when you leave the room

Location ideal for me. Staff very friendly. Loved having the kitchen area and a desk to work at. Wifi good. I'd travelled overnight from South Africa and they let me into my room early because I was so tired!

GermanyI am a wheelchair traveler and I was booking for a wheelchair accessible room. Everything is good except the bed was too low for transferring in between wheelchair and the bed. Out of it everything is excellence.
The super service minded Reception!! The Reception was really helpful and she was very nice. Her service makes this place to be a 5 stars hotel, not a facility.

SwitzerlandOnly minor points: The room was rather small for its price, also keeping in mind it was located just above the underground carpark entrance. No sleep possible with an open window due to the cars on the street therefore the use of air conditioning is practically unavoidable in summer.
A real good breakfast - such a great start for a good day! Very helpful and cheerful lady at the reception. Great location to be close to the town center. Comfy beds. Everything was clean. Underground parking.

Czech Republicthe only issue we had was the tempreture. There is no window-or, the only window/door goes to the atrium (very nice)-but the atrium is covered, so there is no air exchange, therefore very hot. you need to have AC all the night on.
