Reception staff were rude, impatient, and absolutely no help to provide basic information to tourists who might not know certain basics about Austria. Two of the girls were extremely snobbish and treated us as though we owe them something. Each time we asked for something, such as to purchase slippers, etc, they rudely and in a short manner told us cannot at night (it was well before 6pm). Just not very willing to provide more than the minimum, and always with an attitude.

Room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Bed without tissue or blanket and used towels everywhere. Bed full of hairs and with strange smell. After 1h to get a new card, new room was with AC broken and really hot to sleep. Plus, there was very noisy on that room due to a machine underneath the 1st floor. Terrible experience

Although the hotel claims to have an air conditioner, it is not operating even in hot days in the end of june. I couldn't sleep well because of the heat, and by 10 am it was unbearable in the room

It has dark floors so every piece of dust is very visible. It makes it harder to clean the floors.

We liked that it was spacious. It looked quite new to us. The lady at the receprion was very nice. We were very comfortable. We liked the beds and sheets. There are 2 grocery stores just next to it.

It was very dirty: hand prints and fluid stains everywhere, hair on toilet and in bed, stains on furniture, water kettle was crusty, etc. It clearly shows signs that they do not properly clean. Probably they only change sheets and wipe a bit the usual places. And for the price (around 110 euros) they should do better.

This was our second time here in 2 years. Prices definitely went up and quality down. We like the location and the room style of this hotel. The bed is very big and comfortable, the room spacious with coffee and tea. Close you have the tram station and two supermarkets. Parking outside is free and has about 20 places. Parking in the garage is also very nice and only 10 euros.

Everything was ok.

The apartment was clean and well-prepared. The key was left at a special box with a private code . The sleeping things were all ready on the sofa. Those things were very comfortable because we checked-in late and we were with a child. The bath-room was clean with bio shampoo & gel. We liked the whole desing of using the space of the apartment. There were coffee & tea bags. We had extra pillows and enough space in the wardrobe. We adored the balcony. We woke up on a misty morning and it was our pleasure to go out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Oh, we even had a bottle of mineral water of good quality. So we had one night in Harry's home and apartment and now we recommand it for staying there.

The Breakfast Buffet was lovely,but maybe some more option I could imagine.

After a long drive we could play half on hour in the Playingroom, extra for kinds made,It was really helpful,my kid loved it just like us. Everything were nice and clean,which is the most important for us,Big Garage for Parking,Shopping options near the Hotel,Quiet and BigStudio.

The whole concept is very interesting. You can choose the size and functionalities in the room (additional space, kitchen, bed size etc.). Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is great! staff is very kind.
