Location was a bit further out of city centre than I had thought when I booked it but there is a station few minutes walk away.

Was super clean and super comfortable. Room was spacious. The fact it was joined on to a shopping mall and entertainment centre meant lots of choices for food. Staff where friendly and helpful.

Difficult to point out something that was not done correctly because we did not spend too much time inside the hotel and we were quite happy with the experience overall.

Very cozy room with a really good breakfast as well. We went for New Year's Eve, which was a really good experience overall. I will come back or recommend this hotel.

Didn't like how the internet worked. He wants to catch, he wants not to catch. In the evening, the connection is simply disgusting, most quickly due to the fact that everyone returns to the rooms, although the router was 7 meters from the room. We rented a room for a long time, but cleaned only once a week. It's not about cleaning, but about the garbage that accumulated and you had to take it out yourself !!! Outside. It seems to me that this moment is somehow not provided for a long-term stay. Little things for the kitchen if you live for a long period and cook, you had to adapt. And I didn't have enough to eat the table. That is, he is, but we must sit one by one. Absolutely not convenient.

I liked the location, in the first place it is a shopping center - a grocery store on the first floor, on the second a bunch of cafes and restaurants. There is where to wash things for a reasonable price for Austria. We had a kitchen and the size of the room was normal (we did not huddle). Comfortable bed, safe.

Nice location, right across the U-Bahn, inside a mall, so you have everything you need right there. The room were big, a big dressing, everything seemed new. An excellent location to visit Vienna.

we had a heat issue in our room for the first night and my gf got her eye red because it was cold for her to sleep. the staff in the person of Alberto was very helpful and moved us to a functional heating room with more space as well.

We liked everything, but the air conditioner was very strong and noisy.

This hotel is really very nice. Our room had great view of the Danube. The room was very well equipped: comfortable bed, big TV, table and bedside tables. The bathroom has quite big shower cabin, mild towels and toilet paper. The breakfast was very nutritious and diverse: different types of eggs, juices and variety of cheeses and sausages. Great choice of cornflakes and jams, chocolate and bakery. Nice coffee and tea. The location of this hotel is also great. It is situated in the tower called Millennium Tower. And it is very close to old city center. There are a lot of different stores and shopping centers, caffès and restaurants. We had dinner at one of them called Grill and Chill Wien - really great portions and they were very tasty. I recommend this nice hotel for short stay in Vienna.
